Offering a blank canvas event space, outdoor ceremony spaces, Airbnb, and even farm animals, you can create a celebration that is perfectly suited to your vision. Tie the knot outdoors in the romantic Evergreen Garden, with a canopy of lush trees as your backdrop.
For receptions, The Ruby Room is ideal, with its open floor plan and elegant white drapery. You and your loved ones are welcome to stay onsite at the Farmhouse and Campsite before the big day, so you can relax as you get ready to say, “I do.” Altogether, the venue can accommodate up to 100 guests on your special day.
Wedding packages with Ruby Oaks Event Venue are bespoke, with the talented events crew looking after all the details. You’ll have use of the property for twelve hours, with Chiavari chairs, banquet tables, a getting ready room, and linens included. These event professionals also offer setup and breakdown services, and you’re welcome to bring in your vendors as well as caterer of choice to prepare a delicious wedding meal.

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a stunning landscape of towering trees, vibrant plants, and a serene pond with a white sand beach that feels straight out of a tropical postcard. The bonfire area by the water became our nightly gathering spot—s'mores, stories, and laughter under the stars.
🐾 And the animals! Our kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too) were enchanted by the zebra, goat, donkey, cow, and pigs roaming the grounds. It added such a whimsical, joyful energy to the whole experience.
🏡 The accommodations were top-notch. The cozy 3-bedroom house was beautifully maintained and perfect for our older guests, while the upscale RV offered a luxurious glamping experience for those who wanted something a little different. The large porch was ideal for morning coffee and evening chats, with views that made you want to stay forever.
🍸 The plane hangar space was an unexpected showstopper—massive, stylish, and equipped with a full bar and his-and-her bathrooms. When the DJ started spinning, the lights synced with the music and turned the whole space into a vibrant dance floor. It was like having a private club in the middle of nature.
⛳ The putt-putt golf course was a hit with all ages, and the massage chair tucked away in a quiet corner was a welcome surprise for anyone needing a moment of relaxation.
