My husband and I decided that getting married in Colorado was a great idea.. Until reality set in that I live in Chicago and didn't know where to start with vendors. After meeting with Leah and Ashton for our engagement photos all of my worries disappeared. They are a perfect photographer duo capturing all of the best moments and making you feel so comfortable too. They were so professional but also so friendly. They captured out day so perfectly!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I don't know what that means, but I do know Leah and Ashton's photos are worth a gazillion bucks! Deciding who's going to take your photos, whether it's for an engagement, elopement, or wedding, is a BIG deal. As I searched for the right photographers, I'll admit that I was filled with quite a bit of apprehension. After finding and meeting Leah and Ashton, that all melted away. It immediately felt like reuniting with old friends. Not only are they the definition of professional, but these two are some of the warmest and friendliest people we've ever met. We had an absolute blast being in their company, and it shows in our photos!

Practically every picture is filled with candid, sincere smiles, which isn't a surprise when you consider that laughter was in no short supply during both photoshoots (that's right, we loved them so much that we booked TWO photoshoots with them) -- these two are basically stand-up comedians. Besides making the entire experience fun and stress-free, Leah and Ashton both possess an uncanny ability to capture the beauty of Colorado's nature as well as each couple's unique love.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but no words can truly describe how fantastic Leah and Ashton are. As the years pass, I'll definitely be looking back on these photos often. Thank you both for all that you've done. Words can't express how happy we are with our photos!

We hired Leah and Ashton for our wedding photos and we were absolutely thrilled with their professionalism, their artistic acumen, and the way they carried themselves during the entire event. I would recommend them without any hesitation or reservation.

Starting from the most important- the final product: Leah and Ashton took some AMAZING photos of our wedding that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. The have a very beautiful, artistic style of taking photos. All the pictures that they gave us were processed beautifully, with wonderful vivid colors and attention to detail. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the final product.

A few secondary -albeit important - points to consider: a) Leah and Ashton not only did an excellent job with our wedding photos, they also did it fast.We got our wedding photos about a month after our wedding. b) they were always on time on the day of, quick to respond in emails both before and after the wedding and generally super professional and prepared (they had a checklist and made sure that we got all the shots that we wanted- no unhappy aunts who did not get their picture with the couple). c) they stayed until the very end taking photos of the entire affair d) they were super nice to work with - they were professional, yet relaxed and did not add any stress to the whole event. On the contrary, their attitude helped create a positive atmosphere. The importance of this last point should not be underestimated. (I am speaking from experience: my husband and I had two weddings - one in church in Greece where I am from and a civil one in his hometown in CO. My hairdresser for our Greek wedding was very stressed and he created a negative stressful atmosphere, while I was getting ready. Even though he did a good job, if I would have known this I would have hired him.) Leah and Ashton on the other hand, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional but at the same time, fun and relaxed.

Having never met them prior to our tiny wedding, we couldn't have been happier. They were great, and we absolutely love our pictures.

First off, Leah and Ashton drove out to Portland from Colorado to do our engagement shoot. This was amazing because we didn't have the vacation time to travel out to our destination wedding before the wedding and it gave us an opportunity to get to know Leah and Ashton, relax a bit, and learn some pointers for posed photography.

Leah and Ashton were a breeze to work with. They communicated seamlessly and directly with our wedding planner; they knew more of the plan than we did! They adjusted our first look location quickly and easily when our initial location turned out to be too muddy. They even drove us around the town of Telluride to get a couple of shots when we ran out of time to make it to the Valley Floor.

They were also prepared! Leah is a jack of all trades... she spruced up our wedding vow holders that I'd made, was the bustle expert, and had magical pockets throughout the day and evening, filled with bobby and safety pins.

Our photos were spectacular, particularly all of the outdoor shots. I'm really happy we had two photographers to capture different perspectives during our very short ceremony.

My bridal party had nothing but compliments... Leah and Ashton are talented photographers, easy going, organized, responsive, and a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
