Francis created an entire display of wedding cakes for us. They included chocolate, carrot, and Traditional French with white chocolate and fresh strawberries. Whatever you think of when you think of a chocolate cake or a carrot cake, I cannot begin to tell you how much better cakes by Francis are. There is no comparison to any cake you have ever eaten. We had many guests comment that they NEVER eat dessert, but just could not stop eating our wedding cakes. Each cake is made with natural ingredients, so that's part of it, but we think the rest is pure talent on Francis' part. He really is true, traditional, fine chef. He pays a lot of attention to every detail of decorating the cakes, too. We also ordered cookies, which included two kinds of biscotti, real coconut macaroons, chocolate chip, chocolate fudge, and the most beautiful PASTEL MERINGUE HEARTS. If you want the tastiest, prettiest and most impressive wedding cake, you have found the right baker. Francis puts his heart into his work as well as his talent, and it shows in the results.
