Rude and unprofessional
I am being forced to get my lawyer involved because this spa would not provide the documentation of state licenses for the individual who performed the services provided after I requested them.
- I have never experienced a spa that had an individual give the massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure. When I called to ask for the license of the individual who performed the services the manager was unwilling to provide me with any documentation.
- They are not clear on the specifics of the services that they provide. Example - my wife was slated to receive a manicure however they stated that they could not provide that because she had gel nails.
- A package was booked but upon arrival to the spa, my wife asked for a service to be removed if it would be taken off the bill. The hostess confirmed that she would be discounted - my wife was not discounted for this.
- I called to speak with a manager after the services were rendered to ask why there was no discount for the service that wasn't rendered when the hostess confirmed that it would - the manager was rude, abrasive, and continually interrupted me. She was unwilling to offer any solution to this. She called my wife a liar stating that the hostess didn't state that and state there would be nothing she could do.
Completely unacceptable.
