Excellent Attention to Detail Great Team to Work With
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the Le Meridien event team. I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter at the hotel in July and it was quite simply amazing. The level of care in the detailed preparation and the day of staff and their flawless execution were phenomenal. I decided to go with a six-course tasting menu and wine pairing which is a bit out of the box for a bridal shower and on complicated side for an event. The team didn't miss a beat, they listened to my general vision for the event, and coordinated with the chef to come up with spectacular menu that just wowed everyone. The day of staff was remarkable. They delivered the courses and wine pairings to our group of 30 with such precision and attentiveness. Thank you, Le Meriden, for a most excellent experience. My daughter, all the guests, and myself as the host, could not have had a more lovely afternoon.

Amazing and perfect wedding day!
Our wedding was in November 2021. We worked with Sheri throughout our planning process and she was awesome! She was always responsive to our emails and questions, very attentive to detail, professional, and helped us seamlessly change our originally booked date due to covid. On the wedding day her and her team ensured everything ran according to plan. They really went above and beyond our expectations to make our wedding day perfect!!! The venue space, as well as the hotel, is so beautiful and elegant and is the perfect location overlooking the Short North. All of our guests, including us, RAVED about the food. It was by far the best wedding food we’d ever had. We can’t say enough great things about The Joseph!!!

Perfect Vibe
We love The Joseph!! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are amazing and it’s in a great area! We were so blessed to have our wedding and reception there. It was amazing! Honestly, the food was the best part. It’s delicious! Definitely not wedding food!! And I’m not just saying that. We’ve had guests tell us it’s the best wedding food they’ve had. We’d recommend this venue. You won’t be disappointed.

Rehearsal Dinner
We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Le Meridien and it was amazing! We had a small room block for ourselves and our immediate family during our wedding weekend. All of the staff went above and beyond the entire weekend to make it special for us and our guests. It was extremely convenient to have the rehearsal dinner right downstairs in one of the small ballrooms. The room comfortable fit all 22 of us. There was a bar and high top tables on one end and then a long tuscan table to seat everyone for dinner. The food from The Guild House was phenomenal! We selected one of the event packages and had an open bar, 4 appetizers, 3 entrees, and dessert. Having the package made the event very fairly priced for the amount of people that attended. We worked with Sheri to set everything up (menu, room design, etc.). To be transparent, we did have a communication bump in the road with Sheri but she worked hard to make everything right and overall it did not have a negative impact on the event. Bumps are expected along the way with the wedding planning process and Sheri handled it extremely well and is very professional. She was a pleasure to work with and everything about our stay with Le Meridien was fantastic!
