I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the Le Meridien event team. I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter at the hotel in July and it was quite simply amazing. The level of care in the detailed preparation and the day of staff and their flawless execution were phenomenal. I decided to go with a six-course tasting menu and wine pairing which is a bit out of the box for a bridal shower and on complicated side for an event. The team didn't miss a beat, they listened to my general vision for the event, and coordinated with the chef to come up with spectacular menu that just wowed everyone. The day of staff was remarkable. They delivered the courses and wine pairings to our group of 30 with such precision and attentiveness. Thank you, Le Meriden, for a most excellent experience. My daughter, all the guests, and myself as the host, could not have had a more lovely afternoon.

Our wedding was in November 2021. We worked with Sheri throughout our planning process and she was awesome! She was always responsive to our emails and questions, very attentive to detail, professional, and helped us seamlessly change our originally booked date due to covid. On the wedding day her and her team ensured everything ran according to plan. They really went above and beyond our expectations to make our wedding day perfect!!! The venue space, as well as the hotel, is so beautiful and elegant and is the perfect location overlooking the Short North. All of our guests, including us, RAVED about the food. It was by far the best wedding food we’d ever had. We can’t say enough great things about The Joseph!!!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Le Meridien and it was amazing! We had a small room block for ourselves and our immediate family during our wedding weekend. All of the staff went above and beyond the entire weekend to make it special for us and our guests. It was extremely convenient to have the rehearsal dinner right downstairs in one of the small ballrooms. The room comfortable fit all 22 of us. There was a bar and high top tables on one end and then a long tuscan table to seat everyone for dinner. The food from The Guild House was phenomenal! We selected one of the event packages and had an open bar, 4 appetizers, 3 entrees, and dessert. Having the package made the event very fairly priced for the amount of people that attended. We worked with Sheri to set everything up (menu, room design, etc.). To be transparent, we did have a communication bump in the road with Sheri but she worked hard to make everything right and overall it did not have a negative impact on the event. Bumps are expected along the way with the wedding planning process and Sheri handled it extremely well and is very professional. She was a pleasure to work with and everything about our stay with Le Meridien was fantastic!

Our wedding was in October 2021 and it was beyond perfect. Sheri and everyone at the venue were super helpful and helped us beyond expectation! Any time we had questions or needed to tweak something, Sheri was super responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We love The Joseph!! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are amazing and it’s in a great area! We were so blessed to have our wedding and reception there. It was amazing! Honestly, the food was the best part. It’s delicious! Definitely not wedding food!! And I’m not just saying that. We’ve had guests tell us it’s the best wedding food they’ve had. We’d recommend this venue. You won’t be disappointed.

We had our reception here and were very happy with how it turned out. Sheri was great to work with during the planning process. The reception was as beautiful and classy as we dreamed it would be. Our family enjoyed the hotel and neighborhood and the food catered from guild house was excellent.

On October 3rd, 2020 our daughter and her fiancé hosted their wedding at Le Meridien. It was an amazing venue, with best in class staff and spectacular food. We are thankful for the safe/clean property as well as the kind courteous service. We would highly recommend this venue.

This was the best place for our wedding ceremony and reception, the venue space is gorgeous, even with a minimalistic style wedding, The art gallery space along with the Coleman ballroom overlooking High St were just perfect. The catering was incredible and our guests still tell us how great the dinner selections were. The Sheri Brock and her staff is the best we’ve experienced, from planning to execution, you will not be disappointed. We can’t say enough great things about this venue and staff, very highly recommended.

The Meridien was amazing! The service we received from Sheri, Austin, Jason, and Lindsay were top notch. They paid attention to every detail and made our dreams a reality. Our guests repeatedly said it was one of the nicest hotels they’ve stayed at and the nicest wedding ever. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision to have our special day at Le Meridien

What an amazing and beautiful place to have our wedding! Minimal decorating is needing because of how absolutely gorgeous Le Meridien is. Our event coordinator at Le Meridien was so helpful, and made all of our dreams come true. Every single staff member was wonderful, and made us feel welcome, and special. And the food is remarkable! It was truly and evening we will remember for the rest of our lives.

We booked our guest room block at Le Meridien. Austin Ackerson helped with reserving the block - she was professional, highly organized and helped some guests with special accommodation requests. It's a beautiful hotel, all of our guests were delighted to stay there. I appreciated the online site that allowed me to see who had reserved, and the flexibility that Le Meridien had in holding a large number of rooms for us until 30 days prior to the wedding without charging a penalty for rooms not booked!

Our guests stayed at Le Meridien, the bridal party got ready in the Spa Suite, and we had a Sunday Brunch for 65 guests the morning after my daughter's Franklin Park wedding. Le Meridien The Joseph is a 5-star SPG property and one of the newest hotels in Columbus. The Short North location was perfect for our many out of town guests to enjoy the weekend with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. And, they allowed pets which was important as the ring bearer puppy needed a place to stay for a few hours!

Austin coordinated the room block and she was probably the most responsive vendor I worked with. She also set us up with the Spa Room where the bridal party got ready for the wedding. The Spa Rooms are amazing!! We had a hair stylist and a makeup artist come to work with us on site. We had lunch delivered to the room and a few bottles of champagne. She ensured my suite and my daughter's rooms were next to the Spa Room making the wedding day logistics very smooth. The bride and groom were comped a suite for their wedding night (with champagne and chocolates) and they were upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was absolutely amazing.

We worked with Sheri to plan the brunch and it was excellent. The food at Le Meridien is great as it is provided by the Guild House (Cameron Mitchell). Sheri helped us create a menu that was modified from the standard choices and the food was plentiful. When our guest count went up beyond the capacity of the room we booked, we were moved to the Coleman ballroom which was such a treat. The Coleman Ballroom is beautiful and has great views. The service was excellent. We served buffet style and the food was always fresh. In fact many people commented the scrambled eggs were the freshest buffet eggs they had ever had.

There is no doubt Le Meridien is on the expensive side so we did offer a cheaper block hotel as well. But most of our guests chose to stay here and loved it.

This is an absolutely beautiful venue! From the rooms, to the ballroom, the lobby, location -- it has everything. It is so nice, and all the staff are attentive and courteous. The rooms are so different and upscale. Really fun. Not to mention the food -- anything Cameron Mitchell is going to be amazing! Sheri Brock was our contact person and she was outstanding. She did everything to make this a great event/stay for us, even showing up the night of the event to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

The entire staff from the first time visiting the venue through the duration of our wedding was nothing short of exceptional! The level of professionalism and genuine excitement of working through wedding details was amazing. We had Oct. 3rd as the initial date, and they were more than happy to work with us and over-communicate as it pertains to changing COVID regulations. The day was just perfect. Special shout-outs to Sheri, Ian, and Kellee who helped the entire event go off without a hitch. Can't wait to celebrate anniversaries and re-live it all!
