Laurel Wedding Co was hands down our best investment during this entire wedding experience. Erin and her team made planning and the day itself run smoothly and effortlessly. Erin and her team were the perfect addition to our day to make it seamless and stress free. From the very first call with Erin we really connected and I knew she’d be a fantastic addition to our day. Erin always has a positive, enthusiastic outlook and we truly appreciate all she did for our wedding. If you are considering a day of coordinator, do not hesitate as it’s worth every penny. Our family loved having Erin there to help on the big day and I enjoyed having someone throughout the wedding planning process to guide us and provide insight and expertise. Even our vendors commented how helpful it was to have Erin. The Laurel Wedding Co. assistants had multiple wedding day disaster saves (all related to the groomsmen of course). We are so thankful we had Erin for our wedding planner/coordinator!

If you want the best, look no further. This is no exaggeration, Erin is simply the best at what she does. We utilized Laurel Wedding Co. for day of coordination. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Erin’s two assistants were unable to make our wedding, but this did not pose a single issue. Erin put the work load of three people on her back in stride. Everything she did was with a smile, positivity, and with attention to detail. It is clear she truly cares about her role and others. One of the biggest post wedding takeways our families had from our wedding was simply, we could not have done it without Erin. All of our other vendors even took time to comment on the large role Erin played to conduct a seamless wedding. Thank you again! You are truly an amazing and fun person.

I am leaving this review as a fellow vendor. I am a wedding photographer who had the pleasure of working with Laurel Wedding Co. this past weekend. We have a unique perspective when working with other vendors and we've worked with MANY planners in our 20+ years of experience. HANDS DOWN we have never worked with a better planner! From the communicative emails, timeline and even vendor list with contact details (SO IMPORTANT FOR US PHOTOGS TO TAG VENDORS LATER) -- Erin was organized, TOTALLY KIND to all the other vendors while making sure the day ran smooth. Not only did she do her job with professionalism, she checked on everyone else (even us vendors) to make sure we were OK (and even checked to see if we needed assistance). I have had planners tell me "how to do my job", "what my timeline is", provide me with shotlists (?! JUST NO) and numerous other tasks that I don't need assistance with. Erin worked IN TANDEM with all of us (how did she do that?!?) and it created such a fun, TEAMLIKE atmosphere. I seriously was happy when she walked into the room (as opposed the the anxiety that many others cause). I would truly hire her to work with me permanently if she were closer. She has set the bar very high and I will forever compare every planner we work with to her and what appear to be her company standards (this is a huge compliment). I am not acutely aware of what Laurel Wedding Co. charges for their services, but I can say without a doubt, whatever it is, it's worth it. Don't hesitate. Hire them. Out of all the decisions you have to make planning a wedding, hiring Erin might just be my best one. We wanted to get married at our home, which gives you a lot of control but also a lot of possibilities and no “infrastructure”. We hired Erin for her full-service package and she truly did so much more than we ever expected. Our plans evolved and changed as we dealt with COVID-19 so we arguably planned two weddings with Erin. She was everything a bride would need or want in a wedding planner- she let’s you “chose your adventure” and then makes it happen. But she’s is always there to lend her advice and expertise when you need it. Our wedding was absolute perfect and gorgeous. We didn’t worry about a single thing the day of, everything was handled, everyone was thrilled. She and her team were phenomenal, and all our guests remarked how great of a job they did. I’d recommend her to anyone without any reservations. She is truly a wonderful person and an amazing planner!

Erin & her assistant (Emily) were SO helpful on our wedding day! From coordinating with the photographer all day, complete setup of our tables/reception, BREAKDOWN at the end of the night, pinning up my dress multiple times when it came undone, and so.much.more. SMOOTH is exactly how everything went on the wedding day! Erin herself is kind, helpful, and was such a great "friend" the days prior to my wedding, when I was able to call/text multiple times to vent when becoming scared of the rainy weather ruining our day! (It didn't!) I was unsure if I needed a day of coordinator, but after having one, I couldn't imagine NOT having one! I can't begin to list all of the little details that she thought of, went ahead and took care of, etc. that wouldn't of been possible without her there (day of AND before the wedding!) She also helped me contact a rental company & makeup company only months before the wedding when I chose to add extras to our day! She was extremely organized & overall a great person to include in our amazing day. Thank you Erin & Emily for being the glue to our wedding day! :)

Working with Laurel Wedding Co (and Erin, specifically) was an absolute dream. My husband and I were a part of a staged photo with them that morphed into a renewal of our vows and it could not have been more stress-free while also incredibly detail-oriented. Every single thing was considered with meaningful thought and care from the hair and make up artists, to the photographer, to the venue, florist, calligrapher, bakery, videographer- I could go on and on! Originally, I did not think I could afford a day of coordinator but Erin was able to work with my budget and I was extremely grateful. A lot of her work didn’t take place until a month out, however I loved her monthly check-ins. She always made herself available to help or answer any questions while I was planning.

Her communication was also on point. When she told me that she was getting married a few weeks before me, she quickly set my worries to rest and ensured that she would remain on top of things, which is exactly what she did.

I knew she had everything covered. I trusted her and she did not fail. My wedding, my vision, was everything I imagined and she and her team helped me pull it off. Even if there was a slight hiccup, she was there to handle it. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Thank you, Erin, for everything!
