I worked with Amanda for the flowers for my wedding. I had a specific vision, and I knew that the DIY approach was exactly what I was looking for. One of the highlights of the whole experience was creating the arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. with my maid of honor, mother, and mother-in-law. Amazingly beautiful flowers, and Amanda was GREAT to work with! Just what I wanted!

I worked with Kate to develop the floral plan for my June wedding. She did three boutonnieres, three flower crowns, a dog collar, my bouquet, flowers for the cakes, and bulk flowers and vines for the tables. I felt really confident in Kate's skills and professionalism throughout the planning process. We shared ideas with each other via Pinterest and ultimately came up with exactly what I was hoping for. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and the flower girls glowed in their halos! I came to the farm the day before the wedding to pick the blooms for my bouquet with my mother-in-law and best friend, picked up the bulk flowers to start the arrangements on our own, and Kate delivered everything else the morning of the wedding to the site. She worked with my budget and my vision and I was so happy with the end product. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Kate and her team. She was helpful and gave me so much information on flowers and what would be in season, etc. Kate also made the most beautiful flower crowns for my bridesmaids, and all the girls were ecstatic! We only have the best things to say about Kate Sparks and the team at Laughing Lady Flower Farm! When told friends and family that we wanted to DIY the flowers for our wedding they all thought we were nuts. Where will you store them? How will you transport them? Kate solved both of those problems for us. We bought bulk flowers and greens from her farm and then brought our own vases to her studio to arrange them. She helped us create 39 centerpieces, three boutonnieres, one bridal bouquet, and four small bridal party bouquets - all in about 3 hours. Then she refrigerated them overnight and delivered them to our venue the next day. Everything came out amazing.

Kate was helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the planning process, and was able to show me photos of what flowers the farm would have to offer during the month of our wedding, even though it was more than six months before.

If you're thinking about doing your wedding flowers yourself but can't quite figure out how you'll arrange so many centerpieces in your apartment - let alone preserve and transport them - definitely consider Laughing Lady Flower Farm!

I highly recommend Lilles and Lavender for flowers for any event. I bought them in bulk from Kate and used a bunch of glass bottles my husband and I, along with many friends, had collected over our engagement. I put them in the bottles myself the day before my wedding and they looked amazing. I really cared about sourcing our flowers sustainable, and Lilies and Lavender was a perfect fit. I also asked Kate to grow potted herbs for me, because I wanted to put a pot on each table and have some folks take them home as a gift. She was so accommodating and nice, I had a wonderful experience. She also is at Rittenhouse Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, if you ever want to say hi.

I could not speak more highly of Lilies & Lavender. My husband and I are so glad that we made Kate a part of our wedding day. When I arrived to pick up my flowers two days before my wedding, I was floored. I could not believe how beautiful my flowers were. I hadn't told Kate specific flowers- I basically told her the general themes and colors of my wedding, and she nailed it. Her flowers are really what made my wedding day that much more special. Lilies and Lavendar is an absolutely fantastic source for flowers! The flowers we got for our wedding were stunning and the price was very affordable. The DIY option is great and Kate is very willing to adjust the flower selections. I had requested some herbs for our arrangements and she provided some lovely and fragrant selections that really made the arrangements unique. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking for high quality, beautiful flowers.

I saw Lilies and Lavender's floral arrangements at the Fareway in Chestnut Hill. I was immediately taken with their fresh, creative, joyous look and asked if they could create similar arrangements for a 50-person luncheon I was organizing. When we spoke in more detail about the audience and location for the luncheon it was clear that they were paying close attention to what I said so that they could really tailor the the arrangements to the event. They were also careful to take practical considerations, like the size of the tables and the height of the room, into account, and they worked within my budget. They had everything ready perfectly on time and the flowers looked wonderful. I look forward to having the opportunity to use them again!

Kate met with me on several occasions before the wedding to go over ideas and details, she even took me through her flower fields to see the flowers she would be using for my wedding.
