Miscommunications cost us the wedding
They were a little slow to get back to us at first, which kind of should have been a sign, but I wanted it to work. Had booked their Valley of Fire package, but discussed on the phone with an employee about already having booked our own photographer. Was told we would be able to bring her. Didn't hear anything back for months. Followed up a couple weeks before the wedding and found out that actually no, we were not allowed to bring our own photographer. Package included a limo, but timing was not available for us, so we booked our own for earlier to be able to get out there with enough time to do some pictures. Was not able to discuss anything with the officiant that would be holding the ceremony until the day of. Asked for a discount since 90% of the package was unusable now - a week before the wedding someone called in and let us know that they could no longer help us and would refund our deposit.
At least we got our deposit back, so that was good, and we were able to book another location, but communication was very hard with this company.
Just be cautious with the packages please. Best of luck in your wedding searches.
