Frances was very caring and professional. Not only that she knows her stuff but her customer service was excellent. She helped me in so many ways, including my budget for flower on my wedding. Wedding could be very expensive, but she was able to meet my budget and made an arrangement that look so expensive and classy. I recommend Frances because i know any bride will be in good hands. Frances was professional and caring the entire time. We had an arbor mishap, and she continued to tell me it would all work out and tried to find solutions, even when it wasn’t her job to do so. The flowers were absolutely stunning. I loved the small details. She left vases for the bridesmaids bouquets so we could use them as decorations after the ceremony. On my bridal bouquet, she added a gorgeous brooch. I am very pleased with choosing to trust Frances. She’s just getting in the wedding florist game and she is definitely worth it!
