Pattie is amazing. She went above and beyond to make our cocktail hour special. She was so patient and accommodating and even offered suggestions on linens, centerpiece, etc when she could tell I had no idea what I was doing, lol. I would give them 100 stars if I could, companies need to take notes from them on customer service.
