Kroma LA, based out of Long Beach, California, is a wedding DJ company. Owner and DJ Gus Sverkos has worked in the entertainment industry for more than two decades. He leads a team of experienced entertainers, all of whom understand how to entertain crowds of all ages. Each DJ specializes in a certain genre, working with your personal taste in music.

Services Offered

Kroma LA is happy to provide DJ services, as well as source live musical acts. Gus customizes a package based on your budget and vision for the performance. He offers consultations where you can discuss your ideas and musical preferences to better help him tailor these packages. You are invited to create a do-not-play list of songs you'd prefer not to hear. In addition to music, this company can also provide lighting and video projection.

Amazing DJ

We found Gus via friends/word of mouth & are so happy with his work at our wedding. We had 2 calls before the day-of to go over music preferences & the general vibe we wanted for the day. For a Greek-American wedding he paid attention to not skewing heavily to one side and did an amazing job at reading the room for keeping the energy going. He also emceed the events throughout the night & worked with our coordinator to ensure the timeline was thoughtfully executed. Hoping to work with Gus in the future :)

Awesome experience, highly recommend!!

Outstanding professionalism

It was the music and vibe that made my party fun.
The DJ was aware of the guests and dance floor the entire night and he read the crowd.
Got them to dance the night away and song after song made the night a hit!

Personable, Professional, Perfect

Gus with Kroma is truly the glue that kept my sister’s wedding together. He is incredibly personable and is truly a master of his craft. My sister still raves about how brilliant he was—from DJing to lighting—all the way to keeping the party going and being a killer MC—Gus was an absolute 10/10. Look no further because you won’t find better. Gus was so above and beyond that I’ve hired him for my upcoming wedding later this year. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to book again

Had a great experience! I’ve been to other weddings/events with him and I’ve always loved the range and variety. Not to mention he’s so fun and keeps guests pumped up and the party going while still always being professional. I didn’t really even feel I had to give him much direction... he really could get a feel for the room and run with it which was super helpful. I would definitely use again!!

Wedding Coordinator

The DJ was absolutely brilliant! DJ Gus played the songs the family specified and he included songs that were totally in line with the genres. He really knows how to read a room and keep the dance floor full. It was a fantastic night and he does a great job with the uplighting too.
