Kristin Tullo Fitness helps couples reach and maintain their fitness goals ahead of their weddings.
Coach Kristin will provide a fitness plan that works around your schedule and lifestyle. As an expert, she will guide you throughout the entire process so that you can feel confident, strong, and stress-free on the day of your wedding.
Through online coaching you'll learn how to enjoy all of your favorite meals, stop feeling guilty after a night out, and how to make 30 minutes of exercise benefit you!
This program is for you if you:
- Are ready to lean out and lose up to 10lbs in your first month, and keep it off.
- Want to build strength so that you can not just maintain weight loss, but feel better with daily movements (stairs, gardening, walking, playing with kids/dogs etc).
- Need to re-kindle a relationship with food that doesn't leave you being controlled by cravings.
- Have ever struggled with finding the time to workout.

Kristin started her career in fitness working in Manhattan where she quickly found a niche working with brides-to-be to have them feeling their most confident and stress-free selves.
With almost 10 years of experience, Kristin has worked with clients from all different walks of life and knows the importance of catering to each individual.
It feels like just yesterday she was getting herself prepared to say, "I do" and will be celebrating her third wedding anniversary with her wife Sarah this Fall, as they prepare to welcome their first child!
Outside of her online coaching business, Kristin loves to play hockey, read books, walk with her two dogs, try out new brewery's around New Jersey and coachs girls soccer.
