Seriously LOVED working with them. They are so helpful in making sure you have the right amount of food and staff ordered based on the style/venue/number of guests. I would hands down recommend you have the kalua pork.. everyone who had it at the wedding was raving about it! If you're looking for real authentic flavor.. this dish does it! They are so flexible, and easy to work with.
