About three months before the wedding, I decided to add a custom beer sign since my husband is a brewer, and we planned to have a variety of beers on offer. Katie was so accommodating and seamlessly added this to our order. Not only did she create the perfect sign, but she also helped me repurpose a chalkboard I found in the trash, turning it into something beautiful and functional! Her creativity and resourcefulness really shone through in that moment.

In addition to the beer sign, Katie made us a gorgeous welcome sign and helped bring my vision of a fun, chalkboard-inspired wedding to life, especially since we were getting married at an old high school. She was flexible and worked with us through every step of the process, always checking in and making sure everything was exactly what I wanted. There were times when I couldn’t quite put my ideas into words, but Katie had an amazing ability to take my vague descriptions and translate them into perfect designs every time.

But beyond her skill and professionalism, Katie is just *so nice*—a true joy to work with! She made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to be a part of my special day.

We first found Knockout Lettering when our original invitation envelope calligrapher stopped responding and we needed our envelopes completed in a short timeframe. Katie responded quickly and was able to do our envelopes in a rush timeframe at a reasonable cost. Several people who received our invitations noted that Katie's work was so good they couldn't tell if the envelopes were printed or handwritten.

After our experience working with Katie for our envelopes, we decided to work with her for our wedding signs for our April wedding too. She provided our seating chart and signage for our bar, card table, guestbook, and sweetheart table. We were able to rent an easel and frame from her and we were surprised that we were able to keep several of our custom pieces. Katie absolutely nailed what we were hoping for and she made our wedding come to life with her work.

Katie is also extremely organized and responsive. She was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had and provided us a google doc to include all the details for our signs and seating chart. We did notice one small error in the doc, and Katie fixed it immediately. When we picked up our signs, everything was wrapped, labeled, and had opening instructions written on them, if needed. Our venue also commented on how well organized everything was and how easy it was for them to know where to place everything.

Overall, we had an incredible experience working with Katie and would welcome the chance to work with her again in the future!
