I had the absolute pleasure of working with Katie from Knockout Lettering for my October 2024 wedding, and I can’t recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was a dream to work with. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life.
I had a very specific vision for my wedding signage, especially for the seating chart, and Katie completely nailed it. She took my ideas and turned them into something stunning and unique, all while keeping the vibe fun and personal—nothing too stuffy or formal, just perfectly "me." The attention to detail in her work is unmatched, and I was in awe of how everything came together.
About three months before the wedding, I decided to add a custom beer sign since my husband is a brewer, and we planned to have a variety of beers on offer. Katie was so accommodating and seamlessly added this to our order. Not only did she create the perfect sign, but she also helped me repurpose a chalkboard I found in the trash, turning it into something beautiful and functional! Her creativity and resourcefulness really shone through in that moment.
In addition to the beer sign, Katie made us a gorgeous welcome sign and helped bring my vision of a fun, chalkboard-inspired wedding to life, especially since we were getting married at an old high school. She was flexible and worked with us through every step of the process, always checking in and making sure everything was exactly what I wanted. There were times when I couldn’t quite put my ideas into words, but Katie had an amazing ability to take my vague descriptions and translate them into perfect designs every time.
But beyond her skill and professionalism, Katie is just *so nice*—a true joy to work with! She made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to be a part of my special day.

Working with Katie at Knockout Lettering for our wedding calligraphy was an absolute delight! Beginning with our consult call, Katie listened carefully and asked insightful questions to determine how to best suit our stationary and signage needs. Throughout the planning process, Katie kept in touch and regularly asked for feedback on her designs. Katie's beautiful work absolutely exceeded all expectations - we are so grateful to have found her! Knockout Lettering is such a fantastic vendor to work with—as soon as I reached out, she quickly scheduled a call to discuss my wedding. Even though I wasn’t entirely sure about all the details, I had a general vision, and she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated how I could share my loose ideas with her, and she’d come back with a variety of creative and thoughtful suggestions. It felt like a true collaboration—fun, inspiring, and extremely helpful. Honestly, she's made me want to consider a career in lettering for weddings. Once I booked her, she sent over a well-organized Google folder with everything we needed, including a clear timeline (which made my type A heart so happy!). She also made it super simple to provide all the necessary information for signage—names, formats, you name it. Katie made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Plus I LOVE my signage. It was perfect, exactly what I was looking for to add to the decor and overall vision of the wedding. -

We were introduced to Katie from a referral and we could not be happier. From the first consultation call with her I felt like she really cared about my wedding and saw my vision. She was there for us throughout the entire process and was really easy to communicate. She was really flexible and provided inspiration and feedback on what designs I had sent her. The planning process was such a breeze and Katie made it so easy.
Then, when I saw her work my jaw dropped. She perfectly brought our vision to life and everything looked perfect. At our request she made us a keepsake bar sign which we're so excited to hang in our home.
I cannot recommend Knockout Lettering enough - thank you SO much Katie!! -

Knockout Letting is absolutely amazing! She was a delight to work with—friendly, responsive, and incredibly creative. She joined us for a baby shower and custom-designed makeup bags live at the event, turning the experience into something truly memorable. All the guests loved their personalized goodie, and watching Katie work her magic added a unique and interactive element to the celebration. I had an amazing experience with using Katie at Knockout Lettering for our wedding signage. She was incredibly easy to work with from the very beginning and went above and beyond to execute the vibe we were going for! We gave minimal inspo and allowed Katie to have creative freedom in designing our signage and she exceeded our expectations and truly captured the vibe we were going for. Truly unique and outstanding work!
Katie did an EXCELLENT job for our wedding. She did our seating chart as well as table signage - name cards and table numbers. She played a big part in helping our vision come to life. We used faux tropical leaves for the name cards which looked SO COOL. I love that they tied into our decor perfectly. For the table numbers as well as our signature bar menu, she worked with our florist to do the calligraphy on fresh leaves -- it seriously looked STUNNING. So glad we worked with Katie! Highly recommend! -

Very pleased with my signage
We are very pleased with the services Katie provided. She was able to create exactly what we wanted. She personalized a welcome sign and a seating chart for us. We were very pleased with both products. She allowed us to save some money by offering rental signages such as a guestbook and gifts/cards signs and frames. Katie responded quickly when we had questions or concerns about our package. She was flexible when we had last minute changes to our package. She also offers local pickup which made it easy for us to retrieve the products. Katie took the time to wrap the signages up to prevent weather related damage. The signages came out better than we envisioned. I cannot recommend Katie services more. -

AMAZING Quality & Service
Katie was amazing to work with from the very beginning and was able to accommodate our needs within our budget. We had some initial ideas and she was able to guide through the entire process to help fine tune the designs for our signs. And the signs she created turned out AWESOME!! She made our table signs, seating chart, invitations, and our welcome signs. We had a custom "antiqued" mirror made that we wanted her to use as the canvas for one of our signs and not only was she was excited for the challenge, but it turned out soooo good. She even personally delivered & set up the signs the morning of the wedding and picked them up the morning after. Her work is absolutely beautiful and everyone told us how great our signs were! We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Katie and Knockout...HIGHLY recommend! -
