I started looking for a MUA about 11 months before my wedding but I had a particularly hard time finding a MUA who truly did a natural look, was available on my wedding day, and was reasonably priced. Kristen was all of these things and a calm and positive energy who balanced out my hairstylist really well. I really felt so beautiful, like an enhanced version of myself on my wedding day, and thought all my girls looked lovely too. I absolutely loved that she was able to reserve my wedding date until after my trial without making me put down a deposit for the wedding first (she was the only hair or MAU I found who did this), and she traveled to my parents’ house to do the trial. She was also really flexible (i.e. I added makeup for my aunt at the last minute without issue). Kristen also didn’t force me to wear false eyelashes (which were uncomfortable for me) and just wanted me to feel the most like myself. I really enjoyed her and her work!

Kristen is an incredible person to work with. She is super professional and made me feel so beautiful and confident on my wedding day!

She also helped handle a last minute make up emergency. My father-in-law had an accident a few days before the wedding and Kristen was able to squeeze him in and cover up his blemish. He looked great in all the pictures!

If you’re searching for a makeup artist to give you a natural yet elevated and elegant look, Kristen is your girl. As someone who does not wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis, I was a bit apprehensive going into my wedding makeup trial. Kristen listened closely to my requests and concerns and even provided some recommendations that, though a bit out of my comfort zone, were exactly what I needed to get the perfect look that I loved. On the big day my final look was even more magnificent than I could have imagined - I felt and looked like the most beautiful version of myself. The same goes for my mother, sister, and bridesmaids; everyone could not have been happier with the way their makeup came out. Kristen is a master of her craft, very easy to communicate with, and so friendly and kind. I so highly recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup artist for their special occasion!

Kristen did my makeup and a few members of my family this past weekend for my wedding. Everyone looked fantastic and my makeup was perfect from early in the AM until our after party despite some crummy weather! She even handled a left field request from MIL with grace.

Kristen did my, my mom's, and my bridesmaids makeup on my wedding on Dec 3rd, 2022 and everyone absolutely loved their makeup.
I was nervous about hiring a makeup artist because I usually don't wear much makeup, and wanted a more natural look/to "look like myself." Kristen nailed it immediately from my trial! I felt so beautiful AND like myself on my wedding day, and my makeup lasted all the way until 3am :)

Kristen was absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, kind and easy going and on a hectic wedding day that is what you need when looking for your beauty team.
