Incredible!

Karen and her team were an incredible and critical part of my wedding day. She is so professional, organized, and so much fun to be around! Karen was able to help me coordinate with vendors and answered all of my other vendor's questions so I wouldn't have to. She truly helped my day go without a hitch and I couldn't have hired anyone better. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding planner or even just a 60 days out planner!

Karen is absolutely amazing!!

Planning a wedding is stressful! Planning a destination wedding is way more stressful! Either route, having Karen as our wedding planner was literally the best and easiest decision we could have made. She won us over after just 1 meeting with her. She was fun and upbeat and easy to talk to and relatable and, seriously, the list goes on and on. Making her the best choice of a wedding planner. Together, we planned a destination wedding with her and she was everything we’d hoped for. She made things simple and stress free! She did all the foot work and we helped with the fun details and fine tuning of our wedding. She made our special day everything we dreamed of with out us having to worry about much of anything. We were able to fully enjoy our big day while she made sure everything went smoothly. We would, and already have, absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

Great experience!

I got married during the COVID19 pandemic and I truly can't thank Karen enough for all the hard work to make wedding day dream come true. I was lucky enough to have Karen as my wedding planner and I am so thankful she was there to guide me throughout the process. Karen and her team were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, Karen was responsive, attentive, flexible, friendly etc! It was a great experience and made for a stress free year of planning.

Best Day-Of Coordinator

When we started planning our wedding, we thought we could do it ourselves (doesn't everyone?). I am so glad we realized early enough in the process that we needed some help, and I am even more glad that we found that help through Karen and her team at KMC.
The wedding we were planning was small and casual, so we decided a day-of coordinator instead of a full planner was the way to go. KMC offers both options, but I was more than happy with the value we received with the d.o.c. package. She worked directly with our venue and vendors to ensure everything would be setup and ready the day of the wedding.
Our wedding weekend could not have run more smoothly. We held a rehearsal the day before, which Karen was quick to guide us through. On the day of the wedding, she helped corral guests and wedding party members throughout the day, and we were even able to start the ceremony a few minutes early. After the ceremony, we were able to see our reception setup, and I was beyond impressed. Everything was set up perfectly and looked even better than I could have expected.
The reception ran perfectly as well. From start to finish, not a single thing was out of line and I cannot express what an absolute relief I felt the entire night, knowing that everything I worried about from the start of my planning was actually a non-issue the moment I hired KMC.
Karen was by far one of the best people I could have ever had the opportunity to work with. On top of her amazing wedding coordinating skills, she is so fun and down to earth. I seriously cannot recommend her enough!!!

Amazing Wedding Planner!!!

I cannot recommend Karen and her day-of planning services enough!!! She was absolutely amazing. From being at the rehearsal dinner to practice the ceremony, to planning a super detailed wedding day timeline, and staying until the end of the night to help take down all the decorations, she went above and beyond in every aspect of our wedding. My parents were skeptical about paying the extra money for a day-of planner but after using Karen’s services all of us agree it was worth every penny we spent. We were all able to truly enjoy the wedding day and not have to worry about all the small details that make a wedding run smoothly because Karen was there doing everything she could to make sure our wedding was perfect! We stayed on schedule all night and our wedding was everything we dreamed of thanks to Karen and her team!

Wonderful!

We worked with KMC Weddings and Events, specifically with Karen Collins. She did such a wonderful job that I can not say enough how much we appreciated her work during the stressful time of wedding planning! She made sure that everything (even last minute throw-ins) went smoothly and effortlessly! We will always be grateful for the large part she played in our Wedding day and how special she made it for us. Thank you!

Wonderful wedding planners!

BEST DAY EVER!! All thanks to the wonderful ladies at KMC! They truly go above and beyond to ensure your day is perfect! As the bride they make sure you are always taken care of and worry free for your big day! Jasmine was my right hand lady, always there when I needed her and frequently checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay! Kind women with a strong passion for what they do. They truly care about you and making sure you say goes off without a hitch!! I can’t say thank you enough! I would relive this day over and over with these same ladies! 💓

Karen & her Dream Team were AMAZING!!!

Karen and her Dream Team were AMAZING!!! Thanks to them I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding. I must say these girls were excellent at anticipating my and my husband's needs, not to mention their attention to detail. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thank you Karen and your team for being so compassionate and great at what you do. I couldn't have survived the day without you!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was referred to Karen by another vendor because she thought Karen, my fiance and I would get along really well with our personalities. I am sooo happy she suggested Karen! I met with her several times through the course of our wedding planning process (which started 18 months before the actual wedding). From the very first day I met her, she was asking tons of questions to get to know my fiance and I. She really cared about making our wedding day perfect. When she pulled me into the ballroom at the reception, I was blown away by how amazing everything looked. It far surpassed my expectations and I cannot thank Karen and her crew enough for all they did for me. They were there the entire time, from seeing me off at the ceremony, to filling tons of vases with flower petals, to bustling my dress every time it fell, and directing me on when to cut the cake, and what not. Thanks again!!

Amazing wedding planner!

I love working with Karen & her team. They’re so fun and personable and their attention to detail is unmatched. You can definitely trust her to troubleshoot and problem solve to make sure your big day goes off without a hitch. She also has an amazing eye for design and great relationships with other fantastic vendors that she can refer you to!
