It was the only place that offered a discount on my dress. That more than covered the price of the tailor. Perfectly scheduled 2+ fittings and tailoring. There was a mistake on the monogram discovered after shipping, which was rectified in a professional manner. Preservation took some time and pricey, but worth it.

Although I didn't buy my dress at Kleinfelds, my experience there was wonderful. The salon is beautiful and really makes you feel like a bride. My attendant was knowledgable and helpful and was able to pick dresses that matched my style and request. Worth the visit!

Kleinfeld's enormous collection of gowns was great for me, as I had searched for a dress at eight other stores without luck. They were kind enough to let me come back a second time before selecting my gown. I absolutely adore my dress and am very thankful for the support by my stylist and alteration specialist.

Be sure to check in with the store around the time your gown is scheduled to arrive. I was not notified when my gown was ready and it wasn't until I called that they realized it had arrived and was ready for alterations. It is not an intimate setting and can feel like a wedding factory but for me the variety of dresses was key.
