This venue is exactly what I was looking for! It has a warm, country feel with a large kitchen, bar, dance floor and stage area. The 2 individuals I dealt with could not have been more kind or accommodating!

My day was perfect! The venue was so pretty inside and out! My pictures turned out amazing because of all the natural outdoor props! The staff was so great to work with. I had a million and one questions and she was so patient and very quickly to respond! I will be recommending Kaden’s Cove to all my friends! Thank You!

Held my parents 50th wedding anniversary party here! Facility was beautiful, bar tender was amazing! Loved the whole experience and had a great time!

I have been to many events such as weddings and benefits at Kaden's Cove. I believe this location and rental is a hidden gem. I absoulty love the photography opportunities there. I enjoy the scenery. This place is very unique and definitely a one of a kind charming place for events. Love that the owner has opened it up to so many charitable events. I would definitely recommend this- my family will be hosting a wedding there in October. Super excited they chose Kadens Cove. Also, have priced other place and believe this is a more than fair price for the uniqueness it offers.

I have had several Christmas parties at this venue and it's always perfect! Has the rustic look, country feel and beautiful scenery outdoors. The owner has always been awesome to work with and very accommodating! Would highly recommend for any type of event!

After looking into several venues, this one was just what we were looking for. A beautiful setting outside as well as inside. Ample parking for guests. Right on the Miami River and you can use the outside as well as inside. Has a small brides room, kitchen, bar, dance floor, stage for DJ or Band includes tables and chairs! Very nice on the inside. Looking forward celebrating here with our family and friends :)

I had my wedding here a few weeks ago. I would like to start by saying that this is a beautiful location which is what made we decide on this venue and I didnt pay much attention to the reviews. I'm pretty laid back and thought that I liked the location so much that whatever issues we had wouldn't be a big deal. We had nothing but issues with these people from the beginning. My grandmother put down the deposit and signed the contract. When the contract was signed we were told that she didnt have a copy for us, and we didnt get a copy until some time later. when my mother in law called about the rehersal dinner she was told that its $125 dollars an hour and you must do a minimal of two hours on top of what we paid for the venue. (this would have not been a surprise for us if we were given a copy of the contract). We were asked to submit our beer order three months before the wedding ( we hadn't even sent our invatations out). we did not turn in the beer order at this time because we had no idea who was even coming. In the contract (that we didnt have a copy of) the beer order is due a month before. When we did place the beer order and I asked if she could give me an estimate of how much or each pop I should order she responded with "it's really whatever you want". I was looking for some guidance because I dont know how much pop to buy for 160 people and she was no help. I paid for cases of pop and two liters were provided after I text her my order. she was about to charge me for three more cases or pop. If I didnt take a picture of the paper with the prices when we looked at the venue, I wouldn't have had any idea that I was being over charged. We had been accused of not paying all of the money for the venue (which we did) she had also said that we didnt pay the money for the beer order (which we did). And the night of the rehersal she sat in the corner looking pissed at the world staring at us. and as we were leaving tried to tell us that we didnt pay the rehersal money (my husband had a note that she had put the date and how much we paid for the rehersal and her name signed to it). when I sent her a picture of the note once we got home, she never apologized for accusing us on three different occasions of not paying. I might add that there was a toilet broken the day of the rehersal that was still broken the day of, that my aunt had to fix before the wedding. The lady that we had dealt with the entire time was also the bar tender the day of the wedding. we had bought two kegs which were hot. she was ASKED to put the fireball in the fridge because a lot of people were buying it and didnt want to pay 8 dollars for a warm shot of fire ball. when one of the guest ordered a margarita she refused. she was trying to make everyone buy bottles of beer instead of the kegs that we had already paid for. she also kept going outside to smoke while people were standing in line. yes my guest did bring beer. but if the beers that were proved were cold and serviced in a timely manner and were not poor half foam, then they would have drank the free beer. I dont know of anyone who turns down free beer unless the service is that poor. nothing about the services that were provided for us was professional. everyone my grandma, my mom or I talked to these people, we got a different answer or they were telling us we didnt pay for something that we had. so if anyone decides to go head and book this place for an event, my advice to you is get proof that you paid and be prepared to deal with very unprofessional people. I would not recommend this place!
