The Oasis Conference Center is a serene wedding venue in Loveland, Ohio. With a golf course designed by renowned golfer Arnold Palmer, this center offers a memorable space for your milestone day. The hand-cut stone clubhouse blends with a stunning natural landscape, making this a spectacular choice for celebrating your love. This venue is a quick 25-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and is easily accessible via I-275. It sits near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, offering convenience for out-of-town guests.
Facilities and Capacity
The Oasis Conference Center is available for both indoor and outdoor events. Couples can host their reception in the Mulberry or Acacia ballrooms. The Mulberry ballroom features large windows and doors with access to an outdoor patio, providing a stunning view of the golf course, while the Acacia ballroom boasts a large chandelier as the focal point of your reception. Ballrooms can also be combined to accommodate larger weddings with up to 650 guests. Ceremonies can be held outside in the picturesque gazebo, which overlooks a water feature with a stunning fountain view, or couples can choose to exchange vows on the Patio, which overlooks the fairway and lush greenery of the course. Both areas can comfortably seat up to 300 guests but can be designed to seat as little as 25 for something smaller. Should you prefer an indoor ceremony, we have you covered with our Sandalwood Ballroom, which includes a soft backdrop with uplights and drapery, 2-point ceiling drapery, and an arbor piece to complete the room.
Services Offered
The Oasis Conference Center will assist couples with their planning to ensure a wonderful experience that they will cherish forever with our inclusive packaging. They are also happy to take care of the setup and teardown of the reception room. Couples can choose from several wedding packages or create a customized package that fits their needs and budget. Wedding reception packages include:
- Choice of White, Ivory, or Black Lap Length Linen with Black Underlays
- White, Ivory, or Black Chair Covers
- Chair Sash and Napkins Color of Choice (from available in house selections)
- Drapery and Uplights in Color of your Choice to Illuminate the Head Table
- Fresh Floral Centerpieces Designed by Benken Florist Home and Garden
- A Private Dressing Room for the Wedding Party (starting at 2:00pm)
- Four Hour Bar Packages
- Full Room Champagne Toast
- Coffee, Iced Tea, and Ice Water Service During Dinner
- Hors d’Oeuvres Included with Every Package
- Ample Complimentary Parking

Amazing service
The night of the wedding was amazing. The service was amazing and the food was terrific. The server who was attending to us constantly was checking on us to see if we needed anything. We didn't lift a finger or even carry our plates. He ensured we always had a drink and he ensured we got piece of cake at our seats while we were dancing or outside with pictures.
I had guests tell me it was the best wedding meal they have had and in particular that the basil pesto chicken was the best chicken they had ever had (I heard those words from 5 people). My nephew even tried to get the recipe. The food was terrific and many people had seconds.
The venue itself is on a beautiful golf course with many photo location opportunities. The venue itself was clean, up to date with bathrooms and a foyer for each ballroom. Parking was free and the ballroom was easy to find.
If you are looking for a place that is all-inclusive and stress free with fantastic food, terrific service, beautiful grounds and an all star coordinator, Oasis is the place for you. I would do the same thing all over again. It was perfect!
