    Natasha at Oasis is amazing!

    Natasha at Oasis was our rock through the entire planning process all the way to wedding night! She was so detailed, listened to all our concerns, and quickly flipped a planned outdoor ceremony inside so seamlessly with her crew. The food and bar service were both amazing with raving reviews from our guests. We can’t thank her enough for all of her help in making the day absolutely perfect!

    Amazing Amazing Amazing!!

    Could not have have a better experience with this wonderful place!! We started our contract with Bridgette and as she sadly resigned we got resigned to Jen who is such a wonderfully kind and supportive person! The entire venue really made everything as stress free as it can get from giving you checklists and information on how and when everything will be put out/set up. Super communicative and responsive. Even checking on the both of us (bride and groom) at different points surrounding our rehearsal dinner and day of the wedding! Couldn’t recommend more. Having the catering and bar through them also helped the stress so so much and they made sure we had what we needed!

    Perfect from booking through our wedding day!

    Choosing Oasis for both our ceremony and reception venue was the best decision we could have made. We and all of our guests had an absolute blast, and this wouldn’t have been possible without a great venue. Their Sales staff is phenomenal. A pleasure to work with, they were always very quick to respond to any questions we have and gave advice when needed. We worked with Bridget for most of our planning process, and with Natasha toward the end of our planning and on the days of our rehearsal and ceremony and reception. Everything was organized and ran smoothly with their assistance, taking most of the stress off of our shoulders. Throughout our wedding day, all of the venue staff were very pleasant and frequently checked in on us as we were getting ready. We received endless compliments from our guests on the food, thanks to their excellent in-house catering team. The catering team also frequently checked in on us throughout the reception and brought us anything we needed. The reception area was beautiful, and we also received several guest compliments on this. No words are enough to express our appreciation for this venue. They did so much to make our wedding day better than we ever imagined, and I cannot recommend them enough!

    Amazing venue!

    We booked our reception at the Oasis after a long search when we had to move venues only 6 months before our reception and it was the best decision we ever made. We worked with Bridget the entire time and she was so easy to work with and made sure we had every detail the way we wanted it. Everything turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier with our experience there!

    A Beautiful Day!

    Cathy was amazing

    Me and my now husband worked with Cathy and she was truly amazing! Whenever I had a question she would respond within the day to answer any and all my questions! Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, plus Cathy took all the stress out of planning our wedding. Everyone kept complimenting the venue food and people. It was truly an amazing day!

    Great venue , friendly and detail oriented staff

    Oasis is a great place for celebrating your special day. I had my reception here and I had a really great experience. The staff is professional, friendly and very detailed. It was great to work with Cathy Humpries who helped plan our event.

    Amazing service

    Where do I start because the entire process was amazing! I visited the Oasis and met Bridget while I was there. She was so friendly and toured me around the venue. She provided a quote and was very timely. The quote was competitive when you add in ALL the costs such as centerpieces, bar, cake, tips, etc. Before we decided on the Oasis, my (now husband) and I toured the Oasis again and spent time with Bridget. She was never too busy for me. Once we decided on the Oasis, Bridget was there every step of the way. Any time I had a question, she was so quick to respond. For example, I asked her if she wouldn't mind asking a previous bride where she got her popcorn and popcorn supplies (for a popcorn bar). When we were touring, we saw a popcorn bar set up. Within hours, Bridget sent over links for all the supplies and the popcorn vendor. She was there for me every step of the the way and made the day stress free. She always gave honest feedback based on her experience which I appreciated. We worked very well together.
    The night of the wedding was amazing. The service was amazing and the food was terrific. The server who was attending to us constantly was checking on us to see if we needed anything. We didn't lift a finger or even carry our plates. He ensured we always had a drink and he ensured we got piece of cake at our seats while we were dancing or outside with pictures.
    I had guests tell me it was the best wedding meal they have had and in particular that the basil pesto chicken was the best chicken they had ever had (I heard those words from 5 people). My nephew even tried to get the recipe. The food was terrific and many people had seconds.
    The venue itself is on a beautiful golf course with many photo location opportunities. The venue itself was clean, up to date with bathrooms and a foyer for each ballroom. Parking was free and the ballroom was easy to find.
    If you are looking for a place that is all-inclusive and stress free with fantastic food, terrific service, beautiful grounds and an all star coordinator, Oasis is the place for you. I would do the same thing all over again. It was perfect!

    Ceremony and Reception at beautiful venue

    We are so happy we chose to get married at the Oasis!! Bridget was our assigned coordinator and she was so much more then that. She became a friend and a supporter during the wedding planning. She was so good at communicating every step with me, making sure I am comfortable with everything and helped me made decisions I didn't even know I had to make. My husband and I loved the food. We requested our own dishes to be made (my ideas and changes on existing dishes) and Bridget had the chef make them. All the guests were raving about the food. The place was beautifully decorated and we used their new Gazebo for our ceremony which was phenomenal. I recommend Oasis to every couple, both for reception and ceremony. We absolutely love Bridget and her team, who helped create an unforgettable wedding day for us!

    The Oasis and Bridget were awesome!

    This is a beautiful venue with so much included! Bridget is absolutely amazing! She's made me feel such at ease and the big day isn't even here yet! She made me feel like her only bride even though I know I'm not. Can't wait to continue to work with her!

    You won't regret it-go with Oasis!

    Oasis was AMAZING! They have a variety of packages and options for you to choose from. The cake and flower centerpieces are included in your package which made things so convenient for me. The vendors they've chosen were professional and great to work with. The staff at Oasis was extremely helpful and helped with all the questions I had. The gazebo was absolutely gorgeous!

    In LOVE with Cathy!! Phenomenal!!!

    I genuinely can't say enough great things about our experience at Oasis and with Cathy, specifically. She went out of her way so many times during our two year engagement to make sure that we were taken care of and that our questions were answered. There was nothing that I asked of her that she couldn't help with. And believe me, I had some pretty out there requests. I am honestly kind of sad that our wedding is over because now I don't have an excuse to talk with Cathy! Would HIGHLY recommend!

    We highly recommend The Oasis where your wedding dreams become reality!! Originally our ceremony was planned for the patio but Mother Nature did not work in our favor. Immediately the staff set up a ceremony space inside and it was so beautiful and just as special. Working with Cathy and everyone at The Oasis was so easy and such a pleasure. The staff was so professional and Cathy went above and beyond to make our day perfect!!

    My daughter's wedding and reception took place on 6/22 and the staff was absolutely amazing, the venue was incredible, and the night was flawless. Cathy Humphries and her team, Lindsey, and the staff are second to none and we are so grateful for their support.

    Working with Cathy Humphries and the Oasis team was an awesome experience. They are thorough, easily accessible and have that attention to detail that you really need when it comes to planning that once in a lifetime experience. I am so very pleased we chose the Oasis to host my daughter's wedding......the gazebo was beautiful, the DJ was top notch, the cake and food got RAVE reviews from family and friends and the staff made it a day we will never forget.     Cathy with the Oasis was absolutely wonderful to work with. She coordinated with our vendors and communicated with us every step of the way. They set up our tables and took everything down and boxed our things up so that we could pick them up the next day. I would absolutely refer everyone who is looking for a place for the wedding/reception to take a look at the Oasis. Well worth the money!

    Bridget is AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough in this review to convey how great we think she is. When we began looking for a vendor, Bridget (The Oasis) was only our third appointment. I must say she was a big part of our decision to go with the Oasis Golf Club and Conference Center. She worked with us, offered ideas and suggestions, was always kind and professional and was never pushy or judgmental. She did everything she could to help make our day amazing. And, she did a great job.
    The entire team that worked our event was wonderful. From Megan, our ‘captain’ of the evening, to the servers, bartender and even the carver at the sandwich station was kind and professional. The room looked great and the colors and set up were exactly what we wanted.
    ** The most important thing was Bridget really took the time to listen to what we wanted for the event. She worked to understand our vision and was able to deliver…on even the smallest details! I highly recommend Bridget and The Oasis for any event, you won’t be disappointed!!

    Cathy is amazing. She is very professional and made me feel at ease through the whole process. My wedding day was what I dreamed of, Cathy definitely understood my vision and executed it perfectly. The event staff was so much fun and catered to everything we asked for. The wedding packages that the Oasis offers are truly affordable and amazing. My cake, flowers and decor were divine.

I cannot say enough good things about her and everything she's done for us through this whole process. I just absolutely love her and loved working with her.     Cathy Humphries and her team at Oasis Conference Center took care of everything. The food and service were exceptional! The cake from Dessert Works Cakery was delicious! The centerpieces were beautiful. HJ Benken. The Oasis Golf Club and Conference Center took the stress out of the day so everyone could enjoy a very special day!

    Cathy was AMAZINGLY!! She is great to work with and extremely helpful!!! She truly acts as a wedding planner that you don't pay for! The Oasis Venue itself is breathtaking!     As a mother of the bride, I want to give a HUGE shout out to the Oasis Conference Center, where we held our daughter's wedding reception over Labor Day weekend...they did an AMAZING JOB! Cathy Humphries is one of THE BEST in the business-her professionalism, attention to detail, organizational skills, and genuine care in assisting to plan and execute the "perfect" event is second to none! Although I've worked with Cathy before in planning work-related events (which she is stellar), having her coordinate my daughter's wedding reception took any stress out of this special day, as I knew from past experience how amazing she is in her profession. The Oasis has such beautiful grounds and ballrooms for pictures, and the wedding vendors Cathy works with are just fantastic. Walking into the Acacia Ballroom that evening and seeing the beautiful set up, lighting, centerpieces, wedding cake, bridal tables-it was simply breathtaking! Cathy's support staff was wonderful, super-friendly and helpful in every way, ensuring that all our guests had anything they needed. We have GREAT memories from that special day...I highly recommend Oasis Conference Center!

    My husband and I were sold on this place from day one! This is not only a beautiful place but the service is fantastic! We had our wedding here and it was nothing less than a fairytale! Huge thank you to my coordinator Karen B for making my dream wedding a reality! She was so helpful throughout the entire planning experience and made sure that I had everything I needed! Also thanks to Cathy for helping out with Karen on the big day! You both are absolutely wonderful people and you and the entire staff at the Oasis made this experience so wonderful! I cannot thank you all enough!!

    From the minute we met with our wedding planner Kathy we knew The Oasis would be the venue for my daughters wedding reception. We made the right choice!!! From finding specialty chair covers, the food tasting and flexibility to make changes in the menu offerings, to making the process as stress free as humanly possible our experience couldn't have been better!! Our guests are still talking about the food, the beauty of the room, the wonderful service and the fun and our event was October 24th!!!! I would challenge anyone to find a better value too. Love love love The Oasis!

    I will start by saying you will not find a better value in the greater Cincinnati area!! What is included in their packages is without a doubt, unprecedented! I feel very confident saying that as I completed hour upon hour of research before choosing this venue! My mom, now husband and I worked with Cathy Humphries and I'm not even sure where to start! She is absolutely amazing and by wedding day, was/is a friend! She made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and our reception could not have been more perfect or more fun! I am still hearing from guests that the food was perfect, the room was beautiful and that they have never been to a wedding that was more fun! Cathy and The Oasis definitely played a MAJOR role in making this the best day EVER!!! I highly recommend Cathy and The Oasis for your wedding or any event you are planning!!

    Our reception at the Oasis Golf Club was everything we could have possibly dreamed of and more! The entire Oasis team was so incredibly helpful every step of the way! Even a few months before the wedding, Jennifer, the woman we had been working with, stepped down from her position, and the entire situation was handled so well. We transitioned seamlessly into working with Ashley, and she easily picked up right where Jennifer had left off. At our reception, everyone took wonderful care of us. The room looked stunningly beautiful, and the colors matched our vision perfectly. Ashley kept everything right on schedule, and I did not have to worry about a single thing! The food was delicious, and everyone made sure that my husband and I were able to eat our dinners. Absolutely everything about our reception was more perfect than we could have imagined! We were so incredibly happy with everything, and we could not have chosen a better venue! I am already recommending Oasis to my engaged friends in Cincinnati!

    The entire staff at Oasis is incredibly nice and easy to work with. I didn't have to worry about anything getting done and they even helped set up anything I brought in. Nice size room and food.

    I love love loved my venue! I worked with Courtney for my wedding. Courtney was absolutely wonderful. She was always, supportive, available, and full of good ideas. The Oasis aloud me to make changes to decorations the normally use during ceremonies and it was very beautiful outside on the patio. The Mulberry Ballroom was plenty big for my wedding reception of 180 people. The tables, centerpieces, and linens were to die for. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous my wedding was. The food was also so amazing. I was so full on my wedding day (due to bridesmaids making sure i ate) that I didn't eat my much of the food myself. My guest however devoured their plates. The waitstaff was great too. VERY prompted to clear away dirty dishes and keep the tables clean. My nephew has a server nut allergy and the Oasis was more than accommodating to us to make sure he was safe.

    At the end of the night clean up was fast and easy. They waitstaff helped us gather the extra decor we brought in. I would highly recommend the Oasis to anyone planning a wedding. Their wedding packages include so much more than other venues I interviewed.

    I knew as soon as I visited the Oasis that it was a great venue for us! We both work full time and really weird hours, so the fact that the Oasis comes as a "package deal" (e.g., catering, cake, flowers, linens, bar...all in house) was a giant plus to us from the start from a logistics and planning perspective! After meeting Jennifer, I came home and told my fiance that I felt like we could be friends...which made it so fun to work with her along the way...she was so honest and helped us cut costs when it came to things that just weren't important to us, so that our day was unique to us and also not insanely pricey!! I feel like what could've been a horror story for another bride is another reason the Oasis should get a 5 star review from us...Jennifer wasn't able to be there for our wedding weekend last minute and her back-up then got the flu...the rest of the staff jumped in and covered our wedding day without a single glitch. They were so incredibly professional, sweet, and made my family and friends feel so welcome...it was such a positive day. I would do it again 10 times over despite the glitches...Grace, Nazinga, Lindsey, were all perfectly calm under fire and filled in with such grace! Our server, Rachel, was so sweet! And even the guys who helped decorate were fabulous (despite them probably being unhappy about my love for looots of bright colored lanterns needing to be hung). It was an amazing and beautiful day, and I'm very glad we chose The Oasis!

    We did our research. We checked out Receptions (Loveland & Fairfield), Manor House, Music Hall, Savannah Center, The Phoenix, and Lake Lyndsay. Oasis was the most well rounded and best value of them all. Their pricing is competitive and includes so much (linens, chair covers, centerpieces, cake, champagne toasts for everyone, etc). The golf course and building architecture are beautiful, great for photos! After much comparison, we decided to go with Oasis for our wedding reception, and we're so glad we did. We absolutely loved it. The planning process was a breeze with Jennifer Suma. As stated in other reviews, she's awesome! She was probably the best thing about Oasis. She was always there for us and really accommodating and helpful about everything. A good coordinator makes all the difference.

    The food was incredible. They have plenty of options and really great quality for the price! Nowhere else came close in value, and our guest loved our wedding reception. Choosing Oasis was one of the best decisions we made - so if you're on the fence, don't be. Go with Oasis. And have Jennifer be your coordinator if she's available.

    Words cannot describe how happy we were that we chose the Oasis for our wedding! We had the most perfect day thanks to Jennifer and her team. They work with you to make sure everything is perfect and that you are happy. Our family still cannot stop talking about how awesome Jennifer was and how beautiful the Oasis was. They truely made it the most incredible day. I would recommend the Oasis to anyone!

    I would 100% recommend The Oasis to anyone getting married. Jen was such a great person to work with and plan our big day. Everything was perfect because of her! The ceremony & reception areas were beautiful with our colors. They made getting ready there the whole day super easy and comfortable. Their food is also great. The Oasis was an easy choice also because of their all-inclusive packages...not having to find separate caterers, a bakery, florist, etc. was such a stress relief while planning our wedding. Awesome!

    The Oasis was wonderful! What really sets them apart is what is included in their package prices...most venues charge you separately for food, the bar, table decorations, etc. But all of these things are included. They also have a florist and a baker that they work with that you can use if you'd like but you are not obligated. We had both our ceremony and reception there and we are still getting compliments on the decor and the food! We were even able to have our own signature drink! We worked with Jennifer Suma and she was a lifesaver! She was very helpful with the rehearsal and the day of logistics which came in really handy because my mother passed away less than 8 weeks before my wedding. All in all, I would DEFINITELY recommend Oasis!

    Robbyn at the Oasis was wonderful!!! She is the most amazing planner I have ever worked with. She made sure our wedding was perfect. The Oasis was beautiful and well kept. The food was outstanding!!! It was an absolutely perfect day!!! Nothing could have gone better. Robbyn was at the wedding and reception and helped me with anything and everything I needed. I would reccomend the Oasis to anyone who asked!!!

    We just had our reception at the oasis golf and conference center 7-17-10...we were suppose to have it outside and it started to rain, luckly i had Robin Walker there with me the entire way...she left her vacation a day early to come back and make sure she was there for the wedding...the staff was wonderful, very very attentive...Robin was by my side to make sure that all went well...the food was excellent and so was the service...i was very unfortunate to not have my daddy there and was very very nervous about that, but Robin made sure that all went perfect for me since it was such a hard day...

    The Oasis was by far the most comprehensive wedding reception package I saw anywhere in Cincinnati. They included food, drinks, decor and even our fresh floral centerpieces and wedding cake! Plus, they are very reasonable, flexible and professional. The staff was so helpful, and the on-site coordinator Carla made sure everything ran smoothly at our reception. The food was absolutely fantastic, and I had one guest tell me it was the best food she ever had at a wedding! They accommodated all our needs and helped us put on a great reception! The grounds are beautiful and they have free shuttles to the local hotel. I recommend the Oasis to anyone!

    Definitely recommend the Oasis. Everything went perfect. The food was great, the atmostphere - we love our pictures because they have the golf course that you get to take a golf cart out with your photographer. The wedding coordinator there is very detailed oriented. She made me feel calm through the process.

    This was a nice facility for our wedding. It was bright and roomy, and the food was good. We didn't get to take advantage of the beautiful outside scenery for pics because of inclement weather. But they accommodated what was supposed to be an outside wedding, to an indoor venue, as well as could be expected. Even though it wasn't what I planned, it still turned out very nice. Cathy was great to work with; very pleasant, accommodating, and always wanting to make sure she was covering any areas that could cause a bride stress. The only downfall was there were other weddings going on the same day, and because I had no private area in the actual conference center (because of the other weddings occurring), I had nowhere to really "wait it out" before I entered for the ceremony. I tried sitting in an alcove area to be avoided, but I saw lots of guests as they were arriving for another wedding. It didn't bother me much, but some may not have liked that. But that was the only downfall. As I stated, they were as accommodating as they could be, given the circumstances. And it was a pleasure working with Cathy. I do not regret our decision to have our ceremony at this facility.

    My daughter's wedding reception was held at the Oasis on 10/11/2015 and we all could not have been happier. Cathy Humphries was amazing with her attention to detail and organization. We were so thankful to have her by our side to guide us on this journey. The entire staff was excellent. I would highly recommend the Oasis.

    The staff was really willing to work with us and help us create a unique atmosphere. The reception rooms were amazing and large, and they offered many extra's for free. They also had other companies they worked through (i.e. flowers, cakes) that we could use free of charge, or we could take the option to book our own vendor and recieve a credit towards the night. The only problem we experienced was with the food. We tried an amazing meal at the tasting, and recieved a different tasting meal during the dinner. It wasn't a big deal, but enough that my husband and myself were a tad mad we didn't get what we picked.

    We had our reception here and it was wonderful! Carla was great to work with. Any time I had an question, no matter how silly, she would help me out and never made me feel like I was being a bother. The reception was beautiful and everything was just how we planned it. The pictures taken out on the bridge were perfect. We had the room facing the golf course. I had several people tell me it was one of the best receptions they had been to.

    There are 2 main reasons that my husband and I decided to get married at Oasis. We loved that their packages included floral centerpieces, table linens, and the cake. Our wedding coordinator Jen Suma. At the time of booking, she made me feel so at ease and I trusted that she would do anything and everything to make our day perfect.
    Unfortunately, shortly after booking we were notified that Jen no longer was part of Oasis and we were given another wedding coordinator, Karen. I felt that Karen did not have the same expertise and skills that Jen had which left me uneasy. Although our wedding day overall was beautiful, I feel that customer service lacked with the Oasis staff. The wedding coordinator throughout the rest of the planning process was VERY unorganized. Even on the wedding day, details that had been discussed repeatedly were forgotten. Her manner with the bridal party and family members was less than pleasant at times. Even my wedding guests noticed some of the rude responses she was giving to my mother. On the wedding day, it seemed that setting up took longer than it should have leading my mom to leave the bridal suite and help set up. (We paid the set-up fee so that wouldn't happen). I was also notified from a guest that later in the night a guest had asked the bartender for coffee leading him to become upset and start throwing things around the bar and making the guest feel uncomfortable for ordering coffee (which we paid for).
    Although our wedding day was AMAZING, I definitely give most of the credit to our other vendors for making our day more than we could have dreamed of.

    There are MANY hidden costs with the Oasis. For example, if you are having a wedding that is 54.99 per head, and you have a minimum of 7,000 in food to get the room you want, ONLY about 40.00 of that 54.99 is counted towards your minimum. So, there is an "other" that is included in the 54.99 per head cost BUT not included in your food and bev. cost. Therefore, you have to spend an extra 500-800 dollars else where to make your food and bev. minimum.

    I honestly don’t know where to start, my experience with the Oasis was horrifying. Let me tell you my story, like every bride, i searched all vendors and read the reviews and after reading how the Oasis had a 100% reviews i figured perfect thats seem to be the perfect fit for me. After contacting them, they sweet talked me into signing the contract as they assured that they will make everything smooth and perfect for me since i had to be out of town for work for two months prior to the wedding. Sadly enough, as soon as i signed the contract everything went down hill. My emails were ignored and if they were answered, i would get an answer after a week or two. Many of the things that i was told on the phone were incorrect and were never delivered. I was never able to setup time for my vendors to stop by to check the space because she hardly ever replied and when she did, it would be after two weeks. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and i wasn’t able to do it because i was waiting to get the information from Cathy Humphries which was never sent. It was TWO weeks before the wedding and i still didn’t get the information that i asked for, i got so furious that i sent an email titled “URGENT” and stated that Its very frustrating for me to keep asking the same question and not get any answers. The wedding was in less than two weeks and i still did not get any answer to my question. I needed to purchase stuff that matches the colors and i have been waiting to make those purchases based on the colors. The next thing you know is i get switched to another person before the wedding without informing me. Cathy handed me off to Kathy Kappner and thank god she did. She called to introduce herself and offered to help me at the last minute. She did more for me in two weeks than Cathy Humphries did in four months. There is a limit to the review, i am sure she is going come up with excuses but i am happy to share all the emails that proofs all this.
