Such artful photography! Maggie and Amber are not only talented in creating beautiful photos, but they also captured authentic and tender moments from my daughter’s special day. They really tuned in to everything that was important to us. They got to know the bride and groom as a couple leading up to the wedding. They paid attention to the little things, and they were invested from beginning to end. They also provided a schedule for the day so everyone knew what was happening when. It was like having a wedding planner! When they arrived to capture the bridal party getting ready, I felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders because I knew they would drive the rest of the day and I could just go with the flow. I'm in marketing and rarely give 5 stars on anything because there's always room for improvement. But from our experience with Kindred Light Studios, I could not have asked for more! These priceless photos are so special. They remind us of the overwhelming love and joy from the day… along with a few happy tears. Could not have asked for more gifted photographers or more beautiful memories!

Have you ever run into an old friend and when you started talking to them it was like no time at all had passed and you picked up right where you left off? That's what working with Maggie and Amber is like. Every meeting and phone call felt like talking to someone you had known your whole life and just needed to catch up with. My father had so much fun chatting with them when we went over the day of schedule that he wanted them to come as guests! These two women were on top of every single detail. When the weather forecast changed the week of my wedding and I reached out to them panicking, they already had found a backup location and had an entire rain plan set up. My parents surprised my husband and I with a musical performance during the reception and they rolled with the punches not once thrown off by the change in schedule. We dealt with missing groomsmen, locked churches, and rain clouds, but I never even worried or noticed because they made it so much fun and stress free. These two managed to photograph our wedding party in five+ locations before the ceremony even started and delivered amazing photographs perfectly edited. They had my shy husband genuinely considering signing up with a modeling agent because he felt so confident and handsome in all the pictures. My photos managed to show both my goofy personality and give Vogue editorial from one frame to another. If you are getting married and want pictures you can look back at in disbelief because you look THAT GOOD then you need Kindred Light. I will be hiring them for every life event, and maybe trying to take them out for cocktails because they are a BLAST! Amber and Maggie went above and beyond for my wedding. I was injured right before my wedding, and the sweetest care package showed up at my door. They were incredibly emphatic, and made it very known they would be flexible and patient with me on my wedding day, as I was less mobile than usual. They were super supportive and personable with my bridal party and made everybody feel like a model! Amber and Maggie captured the most beautiful moments, and gave us sneak-peak photos incredibly soon after the wedding day. The photos turned out even better than I could have imagined. Not a single detail was missed. I would highly recommend booking Kindred Light Studios for your wedding day—these two amazing women will not let you down. They are not only there for you on your wedding day, but rather for many planning sessions before, the day of, and continued sharing of photos and memories after.
