My husband and I recently were married in Cancun and came home to find out that our venue for our reception had been double booked and we literally were left with nothing because the venue we signed with also did the catering, dj, cake and decorations. We had found a venue almost right away....definetly not what we had really wanted....and thought we had found a shop who would rent out everything we needed to us only to find out days before our event that she was going out of business. So I did an online search and found Kim's website and emailed her and within minutes I received and email back from Micheal. I spoke with Kim the next day and just a day before my reception, she literally saved our entire day. She helped us out so much I cannot even begin to describe how thankful we are. That night she pulled everything out of storage we asked for and to our surprise also gave us everything else we needed and thought we would not be able to find. Kim and Micheal are truly amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Kim's Saved My Wedding!! I wish there were more stars she'd get em all! I placed actual orders with 4 different .com stores who all told me they had my cake topper and guest book in stock. Only to find out 3 or 4 days later via email that the manufacturer had discontinued the items. We've had our hearts set on these specific wedding pieces for some time and now after wasting so much time on electronic-only servicers, I just came across Kim's store in my search and decided to call. I am so glad I did! She answered the phone, I mean I talked right to her and didnt sit on some automated customer service hold to talk to someone who has no idea what their company actually has in stock, to me this alone was satisfying enough to make me a return customer to kimsgiftbaskets.com. So after listening to my dilemma she walked right to an actual shelf in her hometown storefront and picked my items off that shelf, walked me through the order and I no sooner hung up before I received a tracking number from ups. I will have my item in 2 days with regular shipping and my cake is saved in the 11th hour! We have 1 month til the wedding and this was the missing piece of the puzzle. She was so understanding and personal and she knows exactly what she has in stock. Why? Because its her store and she put it there! Listen folks when its your most special moment, deal with real world people like Kim, I feel like I just walked into my local gift store and chatted with the clerk who knows me. I would trust ordering from her website because she knows what she has and she is obviously passionate about her business. Great lady who has her stuff together! from Kim's Gifts. It was so beautiful in the picture. Because I paid through Pay Pal, I wasn't billed for shipping. Then one of Kim's employees called me and indicate I had to pay shipping, I didn't mind, and I complimented her efficiency and professionalism throughout the entire conversation. When the Unity Candle arrived, it was breath-taking, more beautiful than the picture. It was engraved in gold. At the reception, (we changed things a bit) it was the centre of attraction and all my guests wanted to know where I bought it.... certainly not in Trinidad! My large feather centerpieces are never to be forgotten! I loved them so much I didn't want to let them go!!! They made my reception unique and added a new touch of class to my event. I loved these centerpieces!!!! Kim's are the least expensive and around and I would have to say the best quality for sure!!! I saw a lot of different vendors for these but she was the best by far!!
