Kim Rozell did a phenomenal job with my make up for my Engagement Photos. I truly loved the look she gave me and I felt very beautiful because I was complimented by on-lookers at the venue where the photos were taken! She made me look stunning with a natural look which is exactly what I wanted. Kim had done makeup for my friend's wedding and was professional and kind and even kept her calm the morning of the Big Day! Anyone who hires her is in good hands! Kim was amazing! I used her for my engagements, bridals, and wedding day makeup. Her philosophy is to make you look like yourself, just better. Very natural and beautiful makeup. All of my attendants looked amazing! Kim arrived right on time and got to work on myself, the mothers, and the bridesmaids. She really focused on making sure the bride and mother of the bride were done before starting to get the bridesmaid's camera ready. Kim was such a joy and even offered to come to the reception to touch up my lips after dinner. I would highly recommend using Kim, on top of her great makeup skills she is a sweet, calming spirit on what can be a hectic day!

For my moms wedding, we booked Kim because of her fabulous online reviews and we wanted the best for her special day! We walked into the makeup room and myself, my sister, and the step-daughters to-be were immediately barked at by Kim for getting in her way while she was doing moms makeup. We communicated to her that we were super laid back about getting our hair and makeup done by her assistant- we had all come pretty much ready anyways and wanted to have some sweet mother daughter time before the wedding. Whenever the assistant finished a girls touchups, Kim shouted at the room and chastised us for being unorganized when we didn't respond to her in the same second. I had been a wedding planner for years before and I have never witnessed such foul behavior from a wedding makeup artist. This was the last straw from me so I got up and told her the shouting was unacceptable and we were here to have a beautiful day and the makeup was not the priority. my moms hair and makeup was only half done (after 1.5 hours I might add) and she threatened to walk out of the room without finishing if I did not stop "interrupting her work". I'm not one for negative reviews but this experience was shocking to say the least and I just don't want any other brides having this same experience.

I left a poor review for Kim after she single-handedly ruined my mothers wedding day by shouting at the bridal party all morning and creating a hostile environment. Over a year later, she is calling my mom, the bride, telling her to have the negative reviews we have posted online taken down. Save yourself the drama and book a MUA who is capable of creating a warm and happy environment on the most important day of your life.
