My fiance bought my ring the day before he proposed to me at this location in Cerritos Mall. I'm not sure if the girl was simply trying to make a sale, but when he gave her my ring size of 4, she gave him the ring saying its exactly a 4. When in actuality, it turned out to be closer to a 7. She also didn't tell him about the diamond maintenance REQUIRED every 3 months to keep up the warranty. We were lucky that a different Kevin's Jeweler closer to us allowed us to slide and signed off on our maintenance when we finally realized we needed it 6 months later -- however, I have my other issues with that particular Kevin's Jeweler branch.

In general, I would avoid Kevin's Jeweler all together. Their customer service is terrible.
