Kelsey is such a hidden gem!! She did an amazing job planning our event, from the major logistics to the tiny details that made it perfect. She really listened to what we wanted while being able to guide us using her extensive experience to make sure things flowed well and made sense together.

She had such a good eye and put together a beautiful and memorable space that fit with our overall theme. We were really happy with the table-scapes she designed and all of the creative details that made for fantastic photos.

We hired Kelsey to assist with our event coordination for our April 2026 wedding. We had known Kelsey for years and were absolutely delighted when she took the leap of faith and started Kelsey Regina Events. This was, by far, one of the best wedding decisions we made.

From the very beginning, Kelsey was incredibly organized, prompt, responsive, and so willing to assist with any questions or concerns. As we got closer to our event, she really took the burden off of us as we were preparing for our big day. She went above and beyond with her communication with our vendors, making sure she understood our vision, and tying up the loose ends so we could focus on the small details remaining. She was incredibly helpful as a sounding board when we needed to make a last minute decision regarding implementing our rain plan, something we ended up moving forward with that went incredibly smoothly.

On the day of the event, Kelsey and her assistant, Carly, were absolute super stars. They were everywhere at once, but also right where they needed to be at any given moment. The tender love and care they gave to every moment and detail was highlighted throughout the day, and even complimented by many of our guests. They were timely, prepared, and ready for everything that day. Working with them will always be a highlight of our wedding day for years to come. My husband and I were married in May and we asked Kelsey to help us with planning some details for our wedding! While picking out the rentals (napkins, tablecloths, silverware, plates, glasses, etc) she really helped me navigate such a wide selection and achieve my vision.

Additionally, she helped me figure out realistic numbers of glasses and plates to order. I was nervous about running out of glasses for the bar and she helped me order the correct amount of glasses.

Kelsey also helped me create a simple to use seating arrangement and design the venue floor plan. Her experience in working weddings really showed through! She was able to organize the venue so that it was more simple for the venders, and made sure it provided the most room for dancing!
