Kelsey has been nothing short of amazing from the moment we inquired about our wedding date until our wedding day and beyond. Kelsey was so responsive to any questions we had.
My husband and I are not fans of being in front of the camera, but Kelsey made us so comfortable. She truly felt like a friend to us which made us comfortable and excited to have her shoot our wedding day.
Everyone from our wedding party to guest enjoyed working with Kelsey and made the time in front of the camera so enjoyable.
When we first met Kelsey asked what my vision of my wedding day was and how I wished for those moments to be captured and the pictures were everything we wanted and more. We are so happy that Kelsey was part of our special day.

Beautiful photos!
We love Kelsey and Dave so much. It felt so natural having them take our engagement and wedding photos. They have such a calm demeanor that is really nice to have around on a day that can be incredibly hectic (yet wonderful). Hands down one of my favorite things about their photos is that nothing is over saturated. The photos look just like the actual day did and it brings you right back to feeling that sunshine on your face and looking at the love of your life!

Classic, Timeless, and Beautiful Photos!
Kelsey was a dream to work with. Her work truly speaks for itself. Her style is timeless, classic, and beautiful. Our family traveled to Charleston and Kelsey took our family portraits. Kelsey went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She was so knowledgeable of the area and knew the best-hidden gems to take us. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime. Patient and Kind
Kelsey was so great! She had a wedding in South Carolina on the Friday before my wedding, and some how, she still was able to fly to Maine, drive to our camp and photograph our wedding. It was perfect! She is so patient and kind and even with a crazy family like mine she was able to get everyone dialed in and photographed.

Amazing Experience
Kelsey and her husband Dave are an amazing team to work with! They are extremely personable and made us feel comfortable from the first moment we met. Perry and I don’t have our pictures taken regularly… that mixed with both our engagement pictures and wedding day take place in August in Charleston, we thought we’d look like a hot mess. But Kelsey knew exactly how to get us to relax and Dave was on hand with a fan and/or drink to cool us off!! Being a wedding photographer during covid can’t be easy but Kelsey and Dave handled it with such grace and excitement. They have thought out every detail and we are blow away by their skills. Our pictures are absolutely stunning, and we will treasure them for the years to come!

I cannot recommend Kelsey and her husband, Dave, enough for your wedding photography needs. We hired Kelsey as our wedding photographer and it was the best decision we could have made! Not only did Kelsey live through the craziness of wedding planning during Covid with us, but she and Dave went above and beyond to make our day extra special. Conner and I clicked so well with this dynamic duo and even our wedding party spent the day commenting on how amazing Kelsey and Dave are to work with! Kelsey and Dave were able to capture all the moments we wanted, and more! Not only are the photos beautiful, but Kelsey managed to capture ones I never knew I wanted but treasure now! Conner and I were so impressed with their genunine photography skills, organizational skills, crisis management skills, and unwavering faith. Needless to say, Conner and I are looking forward to working with Kelsey and Dave for all our big moments in the future!

Beautiful Photos!!
I found Kelsey through a Charleston Facebook page asking for recommendations. I was trying to find a reasonable photographer that I could just hire for a few hours to get the most
important pictures. All I can say is that I really lucked out! I didn’t meet Kelsey till the day of the wedding but I loved her style from what I had seen on Instagram. From the moment I met Kelsey, she was so kind and very calm. She stayed unbelievably patient with us during the whole process. I preface this by saying, I don’t like pictures, don’t enjoy taking them and don’t feel photogenic in any of the pictures that I ever take, however, Kelsey did an AMAZING job!! I LOVED my pictures and I couldn’t be happier! Kelsey really has a eye for photography and I feel so lucky that I found her for our special day ❤️

Wonderful Photographer!
Kelsey was AMAZING and so easy to work with! She made everyone feel comfortable and took beautiful pictures of our special day. She is funny, laid back, and if your groom is like mine and hates pictures, she does a good job of keeping it fun and as quick as she can to get amazing photos. She is on top of everything, at one point I was having a special moment with my grandmother and thought this would make a great picture and she was already there taking it! Kelsey was everything we could have hoped for in a photographer and I couldn't recommend her more highly!!

Amazing! Love their work and their energy
The only person you will spend as much time with at your wedding as your spouse is your photographer. We are so glad we booked Kelsey Halm because Kelsey and Dave were the exact people we wanted by our side all night. The photographs speak for themselves. They are the most gorgeous reminders of such a special day. But more than that, Kelsey Halm Photography were so helpful the entire day. Kelsey helped me with my shoes. Dave brought us drinks. They constantly made us feel relaxed and beautiful. They got bugs out of my dress, did everything for the perfect shot, and were such a joy to be around. I’m so thankful that they played such a huge part of our day.

Kelsey is the best!
Kelsey was absolutely wonderful! We had a very small and intimate wedding ceremony on the beach and Kelsey not only provided us with wonderful photos of our day but basically acted as our coordinator as well, making sure everyone was where they needed to be and helping me haul my beautiful but very heavy bouquet around the beach. She is truly the best and we could not recommend her more!
