We cannot say enough good things about Kelly! We reached out to her almost immediately after getting engaged because we were so confident that we wanted her to be part of our special day. Working with Kelly was so much more than just “The Big Day.” She was part of our lives throughout the planning process. She would check in with us to see how our planning was going, refer us to blog posts for tips and ideas, scheduled an engagement shoot, and overall she had great communication. We are so glad we had an engagement session with her. As two people who aren’t in front of the camera much, we had no idea what to do, but she made us feel so comfortable and gave us great tips that we used on our wedding day and it made all the pictures feel fun! She is also an incredible hype girl and makes you feel like you’re the most magnificent couple to walk the earth! On the day of our wedding she made everything flow so seamlessly. We were never worried about timing, she had a very calm demeanor, she was excellent with leading her second shooter and our videographer, and she worked so well with our Maitre D. We received our photos back in a timely manner and they were BREATHTAKING! There are not enough words to describe how amazing Kelly was to work with! She made the planning process so smooth and we felt supported the whole way. Kelly checked in with us regularly and was ready to recommend any other vendors we may need. Before I even got engaged, I knew without a doubt that I wanted Kelly Jean to be our photographer. Every time I came across her work, I fell more in love, there’s just something about her photography that stands out from everyone else’s.

Our engagement shoot was the first time we met Kelly , and even though it was right after a rainstorm humid, sticky, and far from ideal every single picture she took was flawless. She picked the perfect location and made us feel so comfortable, and that was just the beginning of what was to come.

When we had a very last minute change to add a first look, I was nervous to even ask because it meant adjusting the timeline we had already received. Within the same day of reaching out, Kelly had an entirely new timeline ready to go so effortless and accommodating.

On our wedding day, with such a big bridal party, I expected pictures to take forever. But in what felt like the blink of an eye, Kelly captured all of our bridal party and family photos, plus every shot we wanted of just us. Everything went so quickly and smoothly that we truly got to enjoy every single moment of our wedding, without sacrificing a single memory.

My husband had nothing but good things to say about the second photographer Nicole that was taking pictures with him and all his guys beforehand. She was also so helpful throughout the day and thank god for her neck fan!! You’re the best Nicole!!

Kelly photographed my wedding in August 2024 and I cannot praise her enough. She is so informative and clear about her process and so reassuring about any questions or concerns I had about my big day.

I was SO nervous and thought I would be so awkward in front of the camera, but during our complimentary engagement photo shoot I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. Kelly is so communicative during the shoots, either telling us what to do or saying something to us that helps her get the most perfect & natural shots. Kelly was so good at communicating with us, and had such helpful forms to keep everything organized and ensure we don’t miss anything.

On my wedding day Kelly was such a pleasure to have around me. She was so patient, caring and calm, while also making sure we stay on top of our timeline. She gave me moments alone with my husband and my family which I didn’t realize I would appreciate so much. Even though she was with me the whole day, she was never in my face. She seamlessly juggled a lot of different people and personalities for our portraits and even got my 2 year old niece to stand still and smile for pictures by going out of her way to make her feel comfortable.

Days after my wedding Kelly had sent me a “sneak peek” of my wedding photos, which turned out to be way more photos than I expected. Each and every one were so beautiful, real and sentimental to me. I was absolutely blown away by her work and I will cherish them for the rest of my life. Not only is Kelly an amazingly talented photographer, she is also an amazing person and it has been such a pleasure to have gotten to know her. From our first call, I knew Kelly would be the perfect fit for our wedding photographer. Her communication is unmatched, which was one of the most important things to me when choosing vendors. My fiancé and I just had Kelly do our engagement photos and I was blown away.
