Karen was amazing to work with! Given Covid and working around the unknowns, she was flexible in the tasting, and made us feel confident that she would show up, deliver what was promised, and my goodness she outdid herself! We did two cakes and mini cupcakes and all of our guest raved about the flavor. Karen is the sweetest and perfectly turned our vision into reality with our dessert table!!

The cake was not only so beautiful but tasted delicious! My guests can’t stop talking about how good it was. I had a four tiered cake all different flavors with different filings. Karen was so sweet and was a pleasure to work with. You can tell she truly loves what she does and it shows in the work and taste of the cake. The best part it wasn’t overpriced! So happy we found her and will be using her for other special occasions!!

KC Sprinkles is my only go to baker!!!! The best cakes I’ve ever had!!! The owner Karen is the sweetest person and so easy to work with. Her designs are amazing and she is so accommodating. I have recommended KC Sprinkles to my family and friends and they all love everything!!! #bestbakerinsa!!!

Karen is one of the nicest vendors we worked we were referred to her by our florist. Her cakes were amazing and delicious. Since our wedding we have used her repeatedly and referred our friends and family to her " they love her cakes/ cookies too".

The cake was delicous, and instead of saving the top layer, she makes you a whole new cake for your year anniversary. She really listened to every thing I had to say, and when she couldnt get the right purple to come out for the grooms cake, she called me two days before to let me know, and to see if I wanted her to do something else instead. I ended up just leaving it the way it was, and it actually didnt come out that bad at all!

She cancelled on me a week before my son's birthday. Didn't want to give me a full refund. I had bought super Mario brothers figurines for my cake.. she didn't want to give me those. I paid her to order them for me. I asked her to refund me the money for the figurines but if she wanted to keep them. She was very rude via emails. I had bought 3 cakes from her in the past. She cancelled her delivery on me once (which she had charged extra for) I had to pick up my cake on the day of the party. She said she had a wedding cake to deliver. I guess my cake wasn't as important. She should have not committed to deliver if she was going to back out. She's overpriced and not very professional. I have found a bakery that does wonderful cakes for less than what she charges. I do not recommend her to anyone. Hire at your own risk.
