Our wedding was Oct 23rd 2015. I did not receive my pictures until 8/1/16. In my contract, it stated that we would get our pictures as soon as possible, but she would have up to 8 weeks to complete. Ok, Fine. Beginning of Dec. she posts on FB (not to us specifically), that her computers fan died and needed to take it into the shop. Ok, Fine. I was willing to wait until after Xmas/beginning of the new year to email her due to the holidays and give her time to get things in order. In none of this time, had she EVER outreached us via phone, text or email.
2nd week of January her husband passes away, which is incredibly tragic. At this time, I had decided we needed to give her more time with all of this. So, in the beginning of April 2016, I email her with a very kind email, requesting a date of when she may be able to get the pictures out. No reply. I proceed to email and text her again. No reply. My husband emails her. No reply. We are now at the middle of April with nothing. Beginning of May, she posts on her FB wall of her page that her computer is STILL getting fixed and when it does, she will send pictures from 2015. But again, nothing to us personally, no responses to us what so ever. I finally get her to respond to me in JULY. This is after I had to post on her FB wall as to where my pictures are?? She responds in a facebook message to me that she "sent the pictures to my email back in May/June" (but NEVER TOLD ME???) and that she would send them again. We go back and forth as she did not ever send them, and also owed us a USB of our pictures.
2 week later, she then tries to tell me she has sent 2 USBs to my home address (which she never did). Each time, never actually telling me she was sending anything, or giving us a tracking number. At this time my husband gets involved again, threatens a lawsuit, to which we THEN got pictures emailed to his account - all on 8/1/16. The treatment we received was absolutely unacceptable. STAY AWAYYYYY

If I could give ZERO stars, or NEGATIVE stars, I would.
While the quality of her photos are good, Kelli Berry's customer service, integrity, communication and all around professionalism is extremely poor.
My wedding was January 31, 2015.
To make a 7 month-long story short..... After MUCH back and forth; her claiming we would have our photos by the end of this week, by the end of THIS week, after they finish uploading, the upload process stalled but once it's done we'll get them, etc. We heard every excuse in the book. We received MAYBE 70% of our photos on March 29. Kelli then told me that the missing photos were "corrupt" and she had sent the card off to a company to be "recovered". She gave me no more information on what "corrupt" meant, or when I could expect to see the rest of my wedding photos. After very little signs of effort on her part, we decided to involve a lawyer which only got us so far, as she claims she "went above and beyond" in providing us with photos. However, we have no pictures of the following:
me and my mom
my husband and his parents
us and both sets of siblings
us and my husbands family (immediate and extended)
us and flowergirls/ring bearers
the cake cutting
the head table
candids of the flowers, guests, table decor, decorations, etc. and others!
She did NOT follow through with her duties as a wedding photographer. We will never be able to recreate that day and she will not compensate us in any way. She hasn't even replied to my two most recent attempts to contact her.
Any negative remarks left on her facebook page, she deletes immediately, so no one realizes the TRAP they are getting into when they book her. I can only hope that you heed my advice and stay FAR away from KB Photography if you want all of your photos.
