We had an excellent time and range of options to try on. All staff was super helpful and nice. The store was clean and nicely organized. They even sent a thank you card a few weeks after my purchase. The dress was a lot of things I didn't think I wanted and stunning in it's details. I never felt pressured towards anything or rushed.

The girls at Kay's Kreations were very kind and professional WITHOUT BEING PUSHY! A very welcomed situation. One of the attendants even stayed late so that I could finish picking out the right dress! I loved Kay's! They have a ton of different dresses to choose from, and great prices. My consultant was very patient with me when it took FOREVER to choose my dress from my favorite two. I also got a bridesmaid dress there for another wedding, and they were great with that too. Also, the alteration pricing is WAY cheaper than most other stores like David's Bridal.
