Samantha and her team totally saved the day. Long story short, but I originally bought another dress at a different shop that was sold to me by someone who did not know what they were talking about and then the dress got destroyed in the alternations process. I found myself 2 weeks out from my wedding with a dress that made me want to cry for all the wrong reasons. I originally went to Samantha out of desperation hoping she could fix the dress but she ended up doing something even better. Samantha and her team took a dress she already had and tailored it into my dream dress IN EIGHT DAYS. I’m not recommending doing things this way at all, but I cannot praise Samantha and her team enough. Their set up is great because not only are they a dress shop, but Samantha is also a seamstress and creates many of her own dresses, so she really knows what she’s doing.The whole team clearly enjoy what they do, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and their attention to detail is mind blowing. Plus they are kind, cheerful people who are fun to be around. They literally saved my wedding. I am so grateful for their work and I can’t recommend them enough. I am going to be telling people to go to them every time anyone I know gets engaged. If you are anywhere near Jackson, it’s worth the trip to go there and get your dress from someone who is excellent at what they do.

I would recommend Bridal House by Woo to anyone and everyone. I had a pretty hard time picking a dress, and I was looking for something more my style. I couldn't seem to find that in other stores without going way over our budget. When I first went to bridal house, I found several dresses that were "my style". I was really impressed with their selection, and I found my dress that day. Samantha and her staff have been awesome. They walked me from purchase right up to my wedding, and at my last fitting I asked for a recommendation for dress cleaning and storing, and they do that too! My wedding is this Saturday, and I am very grateful to have had Bridal House walk me right up to the day.

I had several appointments scheduled before going to this one, and thought I had found the perfect dress. I wanted to have one more look to make sure. I found a dress that beat the one I thought I wanted. It’s perfect & more affordable than I imagined! I must admit, I’m glad I wanted another look. Did I mention the owner & staff are pretty great?!

I had a great experience at Woo Bridal. Samanthas alterations were amazing she even altered my Mom’s veil so I could wear it with my dress. I got so many compliments on my dress!

The dress selection was wonderful in this boutique. I did experience a hiccup at the end of the process but it was quickly handled.

The worse. The bridesmaid dresses my girls tried on & ordered was NOT the dresses they received. Was a thinner material and lacked detail in the back. My matron of honor was suppose to have a navy dress, in which the dress she received in the mail was yellow like the others, after clarifying multiple times that it was to be navy. By the time she received it (She lives in another state), it was too late to do anything about it (other than choose another style for her), because they initially sent it to the wrong address. She was issued a partial refund, however, that does not excuse the fact that she had the wrong colored dress! I do not recommend.
