My husband purchased my wedding band and engagement ring from Kay. About 2 months ago my diamond was loose and I had a slightly bent prong. I have had all of my inspections done so when I took it in to get fixed I had no problems. A week later my husband received a phone call saying that they don't make the same head anymore and that he must go in and pick a new one. Both of the new styles they offered were completely different from what my ring originally looked like. We called customer service and after be transferred to 4 people finally found someone who wanted to help. She called the store for us and said it was all taken care of and would take about a month to be finished. 5 weeks later they called and said it was done. I went in to pick it up and they've put a new head on that we didn't want. The manager Nicole was extremely rude and said they just can't make my ring look the way it did. I have a Leo diamond with a Leo head. They still make Leo heads Nicole just couldn't get me one. I haven't even had my ring for a year and have the warranty. I've also had my wedding band and one of those diamonds has fallen out as well. This is the worst service and purchase we have ever made.
