On numerous occasions she went above and beyond to ensure great service. As an example, our wedding photo book arrived with one small typo which she noticed immediately. Not only did she order another book with the corrected text, she also let us take a look and give feedback on any additional changes we would like. Her team of photographers were all friendly and considerate of our guests and us and they all definitely put in more hours than originally expected with no additional charge.
