The food was scrumptious! I was tickled to see members of my family eating our wedding dinner like it was Thanksgiving! The food was served with aesthetic flare and tasteful presentation, however, that clearly reflected the pageantry of the occasion. Her servers were personable and professional. You could tell that catering is not just a business for them, but a passion. Karen Bevels really, and truly went beyond what was necessary or expected to make sure my wedding was a day to remember. I am indebted to her as a professional, and a new found friend.
