Staff is extremely friendly and professional. They are able create wonderful custom pieces, using family stones/jewelry. Custom jewlery is of super high quality and reasonable price. Kaplan's excels at customer service.

My husband and I lost track of time and forgot to order his ring for the wedding! My engagement ring is from Kaplans and they are incredible! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They were quick to get on the phone with Triton and had the ring shipped overnight just in time! The ring was picked up Friday and the wedding Saturday. They really went above and beyond! I am getting custom bands (took me a little longer to figure out exactly what I want) and we wouldn't get them anywhere but there!

While my family has known the Kaplans for a long time, I can honestly tell you that my fiance and I were at first skeptical that we would be able to afford a beautiful ring at such a nice store. We almost bought our wedding bands on Jewelers Row in Philadelphia (great deals and over attentive sales people), but decided we should at least look at Kaplans first. They treated us like family, helped us try lots of styles and sizes on, explained every detail possible, and when we still weren't convinced - they worked with us to fit our price range and quality range and even let us design the stye of my ring. They check up with us constantly and whenever I am in town they insist on cleaning my rings! Every person I talk to tells me my ring sparkles more than any they've ever seen - which means the diamond quality is exactly what we hoped for!
