Everyone who works in the wedding business should aspire to be like Chris Freeman and KC Catering. He was amazing to work with. My husband and I started dating in Italy, and we wanted the food and the ambiance of our reception to reflect the feel of an Italian family dinner. Chris Freeman started from scratch to create this unique experience for our guests, and the results were astounding. Chris and his team tailored the set up and décor to our venue and vision and provided a personalized made-to-order pasta station with four chefs, a bruschetta and crostini station, meat and veggie stations, and a cappuccino bar. They were able to feed 200 people in less than an hour with this format, and the food was hot, delicious, and fresh. I would recommend them without hesitation to any of my family and friends getting married in the future.

KC Catering was easy to contact and confirm details with. They met our needs and also made suggestions based on their experience to better our event. They were willing to share as many tiny details as you were willing to hear, but also equally as willing to give you the "big picture" and handle everything else themselves. I barely noticed the servers all day, and yet dirty dishes were whisked away and cake cut and served before I'd even realized the need. We had a brunch wedding with a buffet of breakfast foods--eggs with toppings, oven roasted potatoes, carved ham--and everything was hot and delicious.

We used Kansas City catering for our wedding reception and we could not have been more happy with them. We were going to go with Brancato's but they were not accommodating at all, also expensive. Kansas City catering was a great deal, with great food. Pat, was very nice and flexible. The staff was very well dressed and professional. I would use them again if I needed a caterer.

Chris and his staff at KC Catering were wonderful to work with. Chris returned our phone calls and emails within hours and worked with our schedule in order to meet with us. He is completely service oriented and worked with us to fit the type of food and items we wanted within our budget; we loved hearing "We can make that happen for you!" The food was good and the presentation looked amazing, we had many positive comments from our guests. If you do use KC Catering, please also inquire about his pastry vendor, Delicias, who made amazingly delicious desserts and mini-cakes that our guests raved about!

Kansas City Catering did a fabulous job catering my wedding. I couldn't have asked for anything more. We had the ceremony and the reception in the same place and had to flip the room in between. Actually they had to flip the room from ceremony to reception and then flip another room where we had cocktails from that to the buffet line. I knew they would do a great job but it went so smoothly and professionally that I was even more impressed. I can't say enough about the food. Everything was delicious. If you get the chance the Rosemary Balsamic Brisket and Honey Dijon Chicken are wonderful! All my guest really enjoyed the meal. KC Catering easily gets the highest recommendation from me.
