Mallory is excellent at all the services she provides to her clients. It was my first time in the salon and she did a perfect match for a root touch up, gave me a beautiful hair cut and was extreme gentle while giving me a face wax. She is very personable and has a good sense of humour. Highly recommended specially since salon accommodates clients from diverse cultural back grounds which is uncommon for salons in Buffalo, NY area. Thank you so much to all the salon staff for such a wonderful experience.

Just was there with a bridal party of 9. Their space is large and accommodating of a group of our size. There was space in their relaxation area where we were able to bring in snacks, drinks, mimosas and other items to make our bride's day extra special. The staff was friendly and fun and more than flexible with last minute add-ons and requests. We never felt rushed or that we were in the way. Everyone's hair and makeup was spectacular and lasted through all the way to Midnight! Would go again and again.

I wanted to get my nails done for my wedding, but I had never had a manicure before. I decided to go to Kalu Salon and Spa because it was close to my house, I was able to make an appointment for the same day, and it received good reviews. The woman that did my nails was very friendly and helpful, especially since I was a newbie. She helped me pick out a neutral color that still had some pop to it. I got a gel manicure done and was thrilled with the result. I made an appointment two weeks later to get it removed, but I probably could’ve waited another week-it really lasted and held up well!

SOOO happy with our hair and make up from the ladies at Kalu for my wedding! They came to our hotel room which allowed us to relax, laugh together, and not have to worry about traffic or anything else. They did hair and make up for myself, my bridesmaids, Moms, and my flower girls as well. They were quick and on-time. And we all looked stunning! I've never felt so beautiful! I also had lashes done, I recommend these! I loved them and felt very glamorous! Plus then I had them for our honeymoon too :) I highly recommend Kalu for you wedding beauty and all beauty appointments-their salon is really nice too!

I'm a regular customer at Kalu and knew I would be going there for my wedding day as well. Me & a few of my bridesmaids got our nails done the day before and they were very accommodating as there were a couple of add-ons towards the end of the week. The morning of the wedding the girls played fun music and my bridesmaids and I all had a great time. They all did a wonderful job on our hair and makeup- we all felt beautiful. Even my sister-in-law who told me not to be offended if she goes home and fixes her makeup loved her makeup and didn't have to touch a thing!

I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day! The girls at Kalu worked their magic and made myself, the bridal party and the mother of the bride look absolutely amazing! They use Aveda products and really listen to their clients. I would recommend this salon to anyone not just for weddings, but for any salon services!! Thank you so much!!!

My bridal party and I went to Kalu for all of our pre-wedding pampering and day of hair/make up. We had manicures and pedicures done the day before the wedding. When I initially booked the appointment they didn’t think they would have a time for us to all be done together but they brought somebody in from their other salon so we wouldn't have to be split up. The day of the wedding they set us up in a room in the back of the salon to relax while we waited. We had a total of 7 people in our group (including a flower girl). They were able to do all of our styling and makeup and have us out the door on time for photos! My aunt managed to squeeze in a last minute appointment that morning, too. Dominae did an excellent job on my hair/makeup and everyone we worked with was equally fantastic!

So professional, they made me feel like a superstar! I never felt so beautiful they really took their time with each of the girls in my bridal party, making all of us feel so special.

Thank you to the girls at Kalu Salon and Day Spa for 2 very special days to help celebrate our daughter's wedding. First we did a Spa Day on 6/20 for her bachelorette party. 6 of us were pampered, treated with champagne/wine, snacks while we got massages, facials, pedicures or sugared. What a relaxing afternoon before a night on the town.
My daughter's wedding day we had 7 girls have their hair and makeup done. Kalu again set up mimosa's and danishes. They handled our very nervous daughter and mom, and the wedding party with such ease and kindness. Our hair was done to our liking and make up was applied perfectly.
I plan on using Kalu in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and family!!
