Katrina and her team were the best planners we could have ever hoped for. Katrina is thorough, organized, always calm and collected, and extremely pleasant to work with. She strikes the perfect balance of executing a tried-and-true system to ensure everything goes smoothly and encouraging her couples to customize their wedding to ensure it's special for and unique to them. We can truly say we did not feel stressed one time throughout the wedding planning process, and that was largely thanks for Katrina and her team. Not only was the planning process pleasant and stress-free; our wedding day was perfect for us and our guests (one of whom referred to our wedding as "the Super Bowl of weddings") - it felt authentic to us while exemplifying the flawless design and execution courtesy of Katrina and the team. Nick, Katrina's right-hand man, was similarly wonderful to work with. We found him to be understanding and very knowledgeable, always taking our feedback seriously and in stride and coming back to us with exactly what we needed. Katrina, Nick and the team were also fantastic managers on the day of our wedding, keeping us on track while also ensuring that we had plenty of time to spend with our guests and each other. They struck the perfect balance between providing structure and comfort without being overbearing. Throughout broken bones, pregnancies, taking care of newborn babies, postponements, difficult vendors and everything else, Katrina was a consummate professional and everything we could ask for. We highly recommend her, Nick and the team to anyone looking for a planner.

This review is a year overdue. We were planning for our wedding in December 2021 for over a year but it was taking longer than we expected since we ended up customizing everything. Work was ramping up so we decided it was time we get a wedding coordinator in July. We reached out to a handful of vendors but Katrina's prompt response, flexibility in pricing, & attention to detail is what made her the perfect choice.

We provided her with our vision, details, & mood board and she helped us coordinate + connect us to the right people to bring our dream winter wedding to life! Katrina provided her vendor recommendations but doesn't pressure you to go with any of them; she gives full control to the couple & really listens to what the couple envisions. She then adapts to the couple's planning style and fill in the gaps as needed. Katrina also always checked in on not only how the wedding planning was going but also on how we were feeling because she really cares about her clients.

On the day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding and didn't have a single shred of worry. She was such a joy to work with over those 5 months that we developed a great relationship & became friends. You will not regret hiring Katrina.

We had planned a destination wedding pre-pandemic and unfortunately had to cancel it four weeks before our wedding date. Holding on to our original wedding date, itself, was very important to us but navigating through a whole other wedding in four weeks' time felt like it was going to be an impossible task. We were introduced to Katrina by our photographer and she was able to pull together a beautiful ceremony experience for us and our guests. Having her by our side was so appreciated. To say that we were disappointed that our original wedding plan didn't happen is an understatement. It was beyond upsetting. But Katrina was so encouraging and empathetic. I felt like I could be vulnerable with her and share with her what ideas I had and she supported every choice. My friends and family mentioned to us how impressed they were with her and her team and how efficient she was on our wedding day. I will never be able to thank her enough.
