JYB reviewed the music and games we wanted and met with us for over an hour on Zoom meetings to walk us through the ceremony and reception, patiently discussing various options and helped us think through how it would look and feel to go with one approach over another, and executed everything beautifully for the wedding.
Days after, friends and family are still talking about how phenomenal the DJ was and compliment his work (and his team). He was easy to work with, and really was able to engage the guests with all the games that he put together. I think what we loved most was how attentive to the little details JYB was, which put us completely at ease. We had such a good time, and it was truly because of JYB. Thank you John for being our emcee! My husband and I weren't able to meet John in person prior to our wedding, so he accommodated us and we had a Skype meeting! We had heard raving reviews about John from our wedding coordinator (he had been a prior wedding with her) and we don't regret our decision! He speaks fluent Korean and English and had no problem communicating with all our guests. He even helped coordinate some chaos at the end of our ceremony by getting all our guests where they needed to be during group photos! He had great ideas for games during the reception and even had suggestions for fluidity during the buffet line. John even did a great job explaining the Korean tradition of Paebaek to our non-Korean guests =) Good thing my hubby is strong, since John made him piggyback me during the Paebaek ceremony! :D We had many guests tell us that they thought John was funny, professional, and that he did an overall stellar job.
