I am gluten free and my husband doesn't love dessert, but Pavlova is something we BOTH love and after going on the hunt in the bay area for our wedding in Monterey, I stumbled across Just Bakecause and Amanda's amazing work. Her photos are beautiful and she was so easy to work with and was reasonably priced for a fresh 3-tier pavlova with fruit and dozens and dozens of flawless macarons. It was a great addition to our wedding and I am so happy I found her and I hope that anyone who is looking for a slightly less 'traditional' massive tiered wedding cake will consider using her!
