Julia Romano Photography is a professional wedding and portrait photography business based in Flagstaff, and is available for travel throughout Arizona (Sedona, Phoenix/surrounding valley, Grand Canyon, Prescott, Tuscon, Pinetop, etc.) and beyond. Julia Romano Photography has been in the wedding and portrait industry for 12 years, working with clients of all ages. She specializes in weddings, elopements, engagements/proposals, couples/anniversaries, senior portraits for NAU and local high schoolers, and families of all sizes. Julia Romano is an NAU Alum (2015 graduate), and has been a consecutive vendor in the Northern Arizona Wedding Expo (2014-2020) and Sedona Bridal Show & Boot Camp (2015 + 2016) and other wedding expos. Her mission is to create and capture memorable moments into frozen memories that will last you a lifetime!

Beyond impressed!

Julia was a delight to work with for my engagement photos! There were some issues being able to take the photos as we were in the middle of monsoon season but she was determined to make it work and did. We did not get to take photos at the original location we had in mind but she immediately gave us other options and we could not be more happy with the location and the way the pictures turned out! When we received the photos we immediately shared them with friends and family and everyone was blown away by how she was able to capture our love for each other and our love for dancing. I am happy to recommend her as a photographer for any occasion as her demeanor is so warm and comforting (I am typically shy in photos but she made the whole experience wonderful!

Professional and Amazing Style

So glad we decided to go with Julia for our wedding. She was so professional and the quality of our photos was impeccable. We were so excited to receive them and I was freaking out the whole time because I loved them so much! And I’m so happy we were able to take some quick photos after the wedding at a place that was so meaningful to us as a couple.

Engagement/Maternity Photos

Julia is the best photographer I’ve ever worked with! She’s always been friendly and up for suggestions. She actually had me do poses that I sent her via Pinterest, you can tell she actually takes the time to learn about what you want and she wants you to love your photos. I would highly recommend her! My photos always turn out amazing and I will continue to use her for any future photos!

Very fun and enjoyable!

We were booking vendors out of town and found Julia after she came highly recommended based on our venue location (Buffalo Park). We booked her shortly after finding her and had nothing but positive experiences along the way. She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted! Her work on her social media accounts sold us too, but when we officially met her for the first time on our wedding day, we knew we had made the right choice! She was so kind to work with and really put us both at ease as she captured our special day. Julia is very talented and very passionate about her work! We highly recommend her!!!

Julia came to our home when we had our entire family here for our daughter's high school graduation. She took photographs of Sarah with everyone and family pictures to preserve the memories. Our families live in IL and MA, so we haven't had pictures like that ever. Julia did a great job capturing the moment and she was a joy to work with. I have seen her pictures from weddings and other things she has done and she is very talented. I would definitely recommend her!
