This vendor carries himself and staff with professionalism and was easy to deal with before and during the wedding, BUT I was very upset about the fact that he did not delivered my wedding pictures until after 14 months after my wedding. He requested full payment before he delivered the pictures and video, which I provided. He was not responsive to my emails and I had to contact my aunt who’s a lawyer in the Dominican Republic to get my package. This was a very upsetting process and by the time he sent the pictures and video, I was not excited at all to see them and haven’t even shown them to anyone not to be reminded of such a bad experience to get them.
