Whatever you do, hire Jennifer to do your makeup! The makeup lasted literally ALL DAY LONG and through all of the elements. From me dripping sweat down my face during the ceremony to dancing all night on the dance floor to a champagne sendoff where I was blasted in the face by champagne, the makeup lasted from 10am to 2am and still looked perfect! Everyone looked beautiful from me to the moms, to the sister-in-law to the wedding party. Thanks Jennifer!

Jennifer nailed my wedding look! I wanted to look like an elevated version of myself - a princess - and she truly made me feel like one. As someone who wears little to no makeup on a daily basis, I didn’t want to stand in front of my groom looking completely different from the woman he proposed to, and Jennifer totally got that. She worked with me to perfect a natural look with eye shadow and lip colors I absolutely loved. I didn’t feel fake or like I had heavily caked on makeup. I also wasn’t worried about crying it all off thanks to her mastery of the craft. All of my bridesmaids also loved Jennifer and how she and her assistant made them feel like queens! Jen is talented, professional and fast! She deeply understands both skin and makeup and is able to completely personalize looks so it perfectly suits each face. She did my and my entire bridal party's makeup for my wedding in June in Pasadena, MD and I couldn't be happier! She worked within her timeline without making anybody feel rushed. She did both airbrush and traditional makeup with high quality products. One of us had very sensitive skin and did not have any problems at all. I found Jennifer through Instagram and learned she had done a friend’s wedding make up. My friend spoke highly of her and I scheduled a trial. Jennifer was very personable and helpful when my only request was a natural look with eyebrows that weren’t too dark. She adjusted as needed along the way and matched the style months later on my wedding day! Jennifer did my best friend's make up (bride) and mine (bridesmaid) a few years ago and she made such an impression on me I saved her information. I contacted her for my wedding in November this year. First off, she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She truly cares about making sure you are feeling your most beautiful and are perfectly happy with her work. She listens to you, is patient and never makes you feel rushed. I didn't have any changes for her, but she made me feel very comfortable about letting her know if I did. She was always professional, on time, communicative, and so helpful with the planning leading up to the big day. I LOVED my makeup and felt so beautiful. I did the airbrush makeup and the lashes and they both lasted perfectly all day/night. I couldn't believe it and had so many people come up to me to tell me how they couldn't believe my makeup looked perfect throughout the whole reception. She was the first vendor I contacted about my wedding and I'm so glad that she was available for my wedding - she truly made me feel and look beautiful on my big day!

I was in a bit of a conundrum when I came across JRG Makeup as the previous wedding makeup vendor I had booked fell through. With just three months before my wedding, I was hardly expecting them to have availability for my big day. Jennifer responded within 24 hours and though she herself was not available for my wedding day she seemed very confident in finding an artist that would be available. Within a day or two she confirmed that she found availability with an artist named Ariel. I was so grateful that Jennifer had made it a priority to find availability on my wedding day with such short notice. I was so relieved to find availability so late in the game by a vendor that came highly recommended. I knew right off the bat that JRG makeup was something special. Ariel came to my house for my trial and I was blown away by her work. She took the time and really listened to the look I was going for. I am usually weary about getting my makeup professionally done as I often feel as though it looks overdone/not myself or feel like I am in drag. Ariel made sure to take her time throughout the trial, checking if I was good with each step she did when applying different products. She made suggestions when I was uncertain of which route to take and really captured the essence of what I was going for. I felt beautiful while also feeling like I looked like myself on an elevated level. In addition to the diamond status work performed by Ariel she was also very patient and kind and was so delightful to have with me on my wedding day. Each of my bridesmaids and my mother were so impressed with her work on the day of. I am incredibly thankful for JRG makeup, delivering such high quality work in such short notice.
