Delicious cake! I gave Joyce a picture and she replicated it exactly how I wanted. It looked amazing, but even more important it was DELICIOUS. I only knew about this vendor because of the venue I used but would recommend it to anyone in the central MA area!!

Joyce and her team at Joyce's Pies & Bakery did an amazing job on our naked wedding cake! My husband and I are not big on sweets and don't really care for a lot of heavy frosting, so we fell in love with the idea of a naked wedding cake. We were so excited to see Joyce's face light up when we mentioned the idea and we were even happier to find out that Joyce's Pies & Bakery has perfected the naked wedding cake! Words cannot describe how happy we were when we first saw our wedding cake at our reception. It was beautiful and exactly how I had envisioned it would be! Not only did Joyce do a great job constructing the cake (which she did on site to prevent any mishaps), but the cake tasted absolutely divine! Everyone at our wedding loved the cake so much that most of them went for seconds! I would highly recommend a naked wedding cake to anyone looking for something unique and delicious for their wedding day and Joyce's Pies & Bakery is the place to go! Thank you Joyce and everyone else who helped to make our cake a success!

When we walked into the reception hall, our jaws dropped at the beauty we saw and the feeling we got in the room with the trees, lights, sleigh, etc. It was truly amazing to see our dream in real life. As we walked in and saw the magical head table, we could not help but be drawn directly to the cake table in front of it to see the most amazing winter wonderland cake we'd ever seen. Joyce made that cake better than we imagined. When we met with her to describe what we were looking for, we never imagined it looking so perfect. Each snowflake, shimmer, bow and the overall snowy white color was perfect! I wish we never had to cut it, because it was so pretty. Thank you a million! We can't wait for our one year anniversary to dig into the top layer. :)

OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Not only was Joyce super easy to work with she was personable and very attentive to detail. We shopped multiple vendors and fell in love with Joyce and her cake. After the tasting we had a hard time deciding on flavor because all of her cakes were to die for. Our cake was beautiful and delicious and she took the time to add the flowers to the top just how we wanted them. Joyce is awesome and we would recommend her for any occassion since all of her cakes are fabulous.

Joyce was extremely professional. She was easy to get a hold of, and very easy to work with. I had no worries about the cake being exactly what we asked for. It was beauitful, different but simple, and absolutely delicious.

Joyce is a really nice lady and a WONDERFUL baker. Our wedding cake not only was beautiful, but was very tasty. Looking forward to eating that top layer in a year!

Joyce is a ball of fun! The cake was exactly what we wanted and it tasted great! Our venue included her work in the package and I can see why. She worked with us on our custom, and fragile, topper and also used the silk flowers we supplied exactly as we wanted. I would suggest her to anyone!

Joyce did a wonderful job with our cake. I was very picky and wanted swavorski crystals all over it, and she did just that. The cake was delicious too! I don't even like cake and I ate it because it was so good. We were also very impressed with the price.

Joyce was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the cake selection process. She does great work, which is displayed in her notebooks. During the cake tasting/selection meeting we went over the colors and what style we wanted, we brought in a picture and she showed us what ribbon she had available. Our style/picture wasn't far from other cakes we had seen in Joyce's notebooks and had complete confidence that she'd be able to give us the cake we had a picture of.
Come the day of the wedding the ribbon color on the cake was not what we had seen when we talked with Joyce; it was black instead of purple. Not a huge deal, just different. Everything looked and tasted great and we ended up taking so much of it home that we had cake every night for the next 2 weeks.
