Highly Recommend Jo for Engagement Photography in Chicago

Working with Jo for our engagement session was such a great experience. She immediately put us at ease in front of the camera, which made everything feel relaxed and natural. Jo was reliable, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating throughout the process. When we saw the photos, we were blown away — they came out even better than we hoped. She also got them back to us so quickly.. We are beyond happy with our photos and highly recommend Jo to anyone looking for a talented and thoughtful photographer.

Amazing, Fun, and Fast!

Jo was so, so wonderful! My fiancé and I were really nervous and not particularly comfortable in front of the camera (1000% did not know how to pose), but Jo put us at ease and made us laugh the whole time! The photos came out beautifully, but maybe more importantly my fiancé and I got a chance to really drink each other in and start our wedding journey on the right foot! Also, I've never had a vendor be so responsive or work so fast: she literally had our photos back to us the next day, edited and all. Cannot reccommend or thank her enough!

Jovial moments !! Fast, kind, and professional

Jo did an amazing job showing us around the city and capturing our special day.  They did a great job promoting us for poses and seemed to know all the best spots in town to get good pics.   Seeing as it was our first time in the city, they also did a great job being a of “tour guide” and recommending spots we could go to during the rest of our stay.

The pictures came back INCREDIBLY (like 48hrs) quickly and were also easy to access and send to family ! 

Couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture our special day :)!

Ps. They also indulged us for a few silly shots we had planned (including one of us eating a Chicago dog together- once we mentioned it they were determined to help us find a spot and do it:)

Effortless Sessions, Beautiful Results

Jo is an absolute pleasure to work with. She photographed both our engagement and courthouse ceremony, and each session was effortless and enjoyable. She’s quick on her feet, attentive, and highly communicative, creating a comfortable environment throughout. Her turnaround time is impressively fast, and the final photos always exceed expectations. If you’re looking for a talented and genuine photographer, I can’t recommend Jo enough!

Meaningful and Beautiful Photography

Jo is an incredibly professional and talented photographer. She is open to hearing your vision and takes the creative lead to make it a reality. She gave direction on poses, facial expressions, and big picture vibes when I wasn't sure what to do. Very clear and concise communication as well. The final product did not cease to amaze me, and I would absolutely work with Jo again.
