We hired Joseph to do our engagement and wedding photos and quickly determined that he is worth every penny!! He came highly recommended to us by both our wedding planner and friends. He is professional, friendly and incredibly creative with his photography. I tend to be very awkward and stiff in staged pictures but Joseph has a natural ability to put people at ease and take stunning pictures. My husband and I got to know him during the engagement photo session which helped us feel comfortable and confident about working with him on our wedding day.
On the day of our wedding, he was prompt and both he and his assistant were a pleasure to work with with! We did first look and wedding party pictures before the ceremony. After the ceremony, we wanted the family pictures done as quickly as possible so that we could enjoy the wedding. He was very efficient and organized! As part of our package, he displayed photos that he had taken earlier that day (first look and wedding party pics) on a slide show for guests to see at the reception. They were stunning! I don't know how he managed to do it so quickly but all of our guests were so impressed with the pictures!
He has a natural gift for photography and is an artist when it comes to getting the perfect shot. It is very clear that he puts much time and creative energy into all of his work!

Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were so lucky that we were even able to find him. With his presence, it did not just feel as if he was a photographer taking pictures, but a friend that was sharing the happiest moments of our lives. When we were looking through the pictures after the wedding, we could tell the hard work put into making our 4 day wedding seem as if it were a story, capturing expressions and moments that made our story even more enchanting. His amicable personality complemented by his professionalism made our entire family feel even more comfortable with him. These memories will be with us forever, and one of the greatest parts about is that Joseph West will be too :)
