So let me tell you about Joint Venture. I bought 2 Rolex watches from them. I broke one of the watches. So I went back in to see if I could have it fixed. The watch Dr. had the audacity to tell me, with all the love and care of a dad that he can fix my watch. And then they had enough nerve to fix it in a timely manner. How dare they have compassion and love for their customers? I will never ever go anywhere else to buy jewelry or have jewelry fixed. If you ever go There and have a problem with getting something fixed. I promise you, it’s not the staff it’s you. They are the most Kindest and loving group of people I’ve ever done business with. Joint Venture made my engagement ring and did such a beautiful job.
