So let me tell you about Joint Venture. I bought 2 Rolex watches from them. I broke one of the watches. So I went back in to see if I could have it fixed. The watch Dr. had the audacity to tell me, with all the love and care of a dad that he can fix my watch. And then they had enough nerve to fix it in a timely manner. How dare they have compassion and love for their customers? I will never ever go anywhere else to buy jewelry or have jewelry fixed. If you ever go There and have a problem with getting something fixed. I promise you, it’s not the staff it’s you. They are the most Kindest and loving group of people I’ve ever done business with. I recommend them to my friends, families and strangers alike. Thank you guys and I love you for all your help. And I hope you found my story funny. I tried to give the perception of I was angry. We had had no luck finding an engagement ring prior to going to Croghan's. I like more delicate looking engagement rings, and all of the ones we'd seen at other places just looked sort of clunky. We went to Croghan's, and I talked to a Tacori representative at first, and they did have beautiful rings, but not exactly what I wanted. Then, Bryan Shuler waived us over and said, "I've got the perfect ring for you." He was right. I got a Henri Daussi cushion cut with a halo, and it's gorgeous. It makes a statement, but it looks elegant instead of clunky. I am so happy with it!

Not only did John find me (or rather, my husband) the best stone and setting for my engagement ring, but he also had my band custom made since I couldn't find on that looked just right with my setting.

We got my engagement, wedding and my fiancé's wedding rings from here. They offer Military discounts which is awesome because my dream ring would have been way out of budget had they not. They do a great job cleaning, and offer a plan on the rings that allows for free fixing of any loose piece or missing diamond with no questions asked. They are all very kind and helpful everytime I visit them, which is a lot because I am constantly getting my ring cleaned.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and raved about the wonderful experience he had with Mr Demetre. The service and responsiveness was exceptnal thus we are planning on going back for our wedding bands and any other needed jewelry for the wedding!

Meg was super easy to work with, and she was able to keep me and my partner in the loop so that we had a great time designing my engagement ring. She gave us a lot of options to chose from and I love my ring!!

Ashley designed my engagement ring perfectly! I told my fiancé a couple of options I liked and he was able to combine all of them and make an absolutely perfect ring!
